I originally wanted to purchase a laptop that'll suite my love for photo/video editing, however I feel in love with this particular model. From the sleek finish, to the great processing power, it's almost incredible to see it all come in a mobile and light-weight package. Not only will I'll be able to edit like never before, but I can also take a quick break and play some of my favorite games at high+ quality.

Only had the laptop a few days but it runs super smoothly. I had been looking at this laptop for quite awhile between the past three generations of this laptop where most of the complaints were about the sturdiness of the chassis. This generation (intel i7 9th) has fixed this issue. I can safely pick up the laptop by the corner without any flex or bend. For the price of $1450 after the student discount, this was quite a deal and I'm quite happy with its look and feel.

I wanted the most powerful quality laptop for below 1,500... and I certainly got it. Wonderful computer.

Just got this for college and I love it. Same weight and feel as a macbook pro but just a better value.

This laptop is great. I've had no complaints. I've played some high graphic quality games on it and it's ran better than expected. The fans do their job very well though I still keep an external fan on it to help out. The laptop is very attractive and doesn't scream "gamer" like some others which is something I really enjoy. It's not too heavy and is fairly portable. It's everything I could ask for from a gaming laptop.

I had an Ailenware 15r2 that didn't last 2 and a half years and was all problems... I bought the GS 65 Stealth and I'm just so happy to have a discrete gaming laptop that has the power it takes to play some very demanding games. The 144hz refresh rate on the screen is awesome, having lived with 60hz for my whole life, its just so much better... like butter! The 1660 Ti lives up to its hype too. Overall GREAT!

Does enough to play madden and GTA online and does a great job on loading my homework.

So far this is one of the best gaming laptops I've owned. Very sleek, light and fast.

It's been performing great so far, can't wait to really test out what it can handle!

I love every part of this laptop. Great Screen, strong chassis, and quite powerful.

Overall the computer is incredible. This model is light and thin, and that make it an amazing laptop to use everyday. At the same time it is perfect for gaming! On the other hand, the battery life is not the best if it’s not plug in. I’m getting an average of 3 hours per charge, and that make it difficult to use for long times. When gaming, temperatures get very high with CPU between 89-95 C* and GPU 67-79 C*, but the computer has an amazing cooler system that keep it on point!

The overall build quality is much more durable than that of the previous model, and the 35% enlarged trackpad added as a bonus is a very nice touch and also has phenomenal palm rejection. Between this and other thin and light gaming laptops such as the Razer Blade and Aero 15, this is the biggest bang for your money in terms of both sheer value and performance.

It runs games great. I can play Borderlands 3 at over 140 fps, and the monitor is smooth. If you play CS:GO, you can't play stretched resolution on the laptop because of how it's programmed (at least I haven't found a way). You can, however, play stretched if you connect to an external monitor. The battery life leaves a lot to be desired and is what makes this review 4 stars instead of 5.

The heating solution in this system is for some reason is not sufficient enough to keep the cpu temps below 90 degrees. Gpu temps stay adequate . This is a problem because it can damage your system . Otherwise a great laptop with one of the best connectivity I have seen , including thunderbolt 3.

This laptop is light and powerful. The construction of the case feels more solid than what I've heard about the 2018 model. It gets a little warm, but it's acceptable (especially if you tweak cooling with software). The design of the chassis is mature, and that was one deciding factor for me.

I had a lot of trouble finding a laptop which would be able to support my egpu while also being portable. Although the specs are great for the price, the overall quality could be better, including the touchpad, UI, keyboard/functions, display hinge, and etc. Overall it was a great buy and I highly recommend it to college students who want a gaming laptop which they can use in class.
