Bought to use for college, not very tech savvy but easy to use and slick

I purchased this laptop on may 22 2019 and had this for over 8 months. Every thing was running smoothly until 6 months after purchase date when the laptop wouldn’t hold a charge and would die very quickly even doing light tasks like web browsing. After sending the laptop to geek squad for repair I had problems with stuttering and freezing. Would not recommend if time is very important to you.

1) QWERASD keys started to just pop out after a while. How could anyone make a GAMING laptop with a keyboard that bad? 2) Battery bloated TWICE causing slight deformation. I am using this without battery at all 3) The worst speakers you can imagine in a laptop. Which is not a big deal for most of us, but worth mentioning

Monitor broke for no reason after eight months. Customer service then sent me a picture of what is either a different laptop or in the alternative they damaged the laptop. Simply terrible experience and product. I have purchased numerous laptops for myself and the staff at my office and msi is far and away the worst I have dealt with.
