I bought this for the express purpose to return to World of Warcraft. I'm loving the fact I can play on Ultra settings at over 100fps. It doesn't even put out that much heat. I'm very satisfied with performance at an affordable cost.

To be fair, I haven't had any laptops like this before, but I've had a few decent non-gaming laptops that I absolutely loved. I love this laptop! I've been using it for about a week and some change now, and I can tell you, it's an absolute BEAST. Once I figured out how to turn on the Performance modes and the Cooler fan modes, I was clocking in 300+ FPS for CS:GO which is what I mainly play. I also use this laptop for and at work. I love it because it doesn't scream, "I'M A GAMER! CHECK OUT MY FLASHY LAPTOP!" It's very crisp, aesthetically. Works great, looks great, runs everything I could possibly want. 10/10 would recommend!

This laptop is amazing. Looks like a normal computer, but its gaming capabilities are good. The workmanship is really fine. It looks sharp and doesn't really heat up all that much in comparison to other gaming laptops.

Either MSI has pervasive quality issues or I simple lost "the display panel lottery". Upon 1st firing up this laptop to set up Windows, I was shocked at the extent of back light bleed coming from 3 corners of the screen - and also along the bottom and right edges. When I went back into my local Best Buy store, the exact same display model looked perfect. I understand the potential for IPS glow - which this gaming laptop also had - but the back light bleeding was major, clear & distinct. It's really a shame considering what the configuration has going for it: Light weight, a solid feeling keyboard (in partnership with Steel Series) that has striking lighting profiles, dual channel memory and a fast WDC solid state NVME drive. I was happy to have a 1660Ti as ray tracing isn't a big enough benefit in my eyes ... yet. And the 9th Gen CPU was good to have too. Putting the screen issues aside, the amount of bloatware on this laptop was also aggravating. The fans were noisy (pitchy) and I detected some actual ticking sounds along the way. The screen panel feels super flimsy and you can see how just touching it immediately impacts the light bleed problem - when lifting it open for example. Something is seriously wrong with how MSI sandwiches the IPS panel within the structure of the frame. It's either a workmanship issue or a simply a poor design. Pros: Lightweight Fast & responsive Conservative styling (for a gaming machine) Steel Series keyboard 16 GB of RAM already in dual-channel mode Western Digital NVME Cons: Horrendous back light bleed Flimsy lid Over-the-top bloatware Fan ticking There is key cap light bleed as well. Personally, I'm not bothered by it but I do know that it is a peeve for many - so it's worth noting. I ended up not rolling the screen lottery dice any further. After looking at the other competitive brands on display, I went with the Zephyrus that has the 1TB Optane drive, for a small amount more. Screen uniformity on it looks fantastic. If screen uniformity is an important factor for you, be prepared to either play the display lottery game ... or look elsewhere. I dislike having to return computers more than once and in this case, the screen issues were so bad - I knew it was time to switch brands. I cannot recommend this 15.6" Stealth line and would expect the 17" bigger siblings to be even worse - due to the flimsy construction.

Picked this up on a cyber Monday deal so price was a huge plus! Looks great and feels great! Great performance, made the jump from Alienware and won’t look back! Steelseries keyboard is really a great as well.

Its perfect if you don't want to spend a crazy amount and still get a great gaming computer. It's fast and capable and the graphics are awesome. The size is perfect, it's very light but still powerful.

first gaminy laptop and I love it. Design and specs are great! Does what I need it to do. Only complaint is the fans can get alittle loud at times. Haven't had any problems yet.

Great Gaming laptop. Great graphics and FPS. Only issue is it heats up pretty fast so I get scared if it’ll burn up. But overall best gaming computer I’ve had over Alien ware and predator cpus.

This laptop is just awesome. Super fast and long battery life. Booting up is fast and there is no lag whatsoever. I was lucky enough to purchase it during a sale and saved $250!

144hz display paired with an nvjdia gtx 1660 that coupled with the lightweight design and build quality expected from msi. All that for 1300 dollars is just too good to pass up.

Been using this for awhile now and this laptop has been great for gaming. Good screen, good graphics card given what games are out to play and great performance.

This is a very nice laptop. i7 and 16GB memory. Thin, light and stylish. Can't go wrong with getting this laptop. If you're a heavy gamer, you might want to get the version with at least the RTX2070 video chip.

I got this computer for college and it works great. It is very fast and does a good job multitasking. I like the keyboard and the ability to turn off the webcam.

The color-changing keyboard is the coolest premium feature of this laptop. Besides that, a very powerful laptop that handles all tasks with ease.

This laptop is a great laptop if you are looking for a lightweight and portable laptop that is suitable for school/work and playing games whenever you want. The refresh rate of 144hz is buttery-smooth and I am able to get FPS of about 200 on this device when playing games like Fortnite. Additionally, I am a fan of the Steelseries per-key RGB back-lit keyboard. It is fully customizable and I find it a great feature to add on to your gaming setup. Would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a powerful PC in a lightweight and beautiful design.

These laptops have the power to run whatever we throw at them. The customizable keyboards are a fun and practical plus. My only gripe is I wish all laptops could move toward universal USB-C charging.

laptop is fast. has great graphics and powers up quick my son uses it for gaming and his school work. little expensive but seems to be worth it.
