I have been using it for school recently and it is fast and does everything I need it to do. Also played a few games and they run amazing.

I've had this laptop for about a month now and absolutely love it. The build quality is very nice and it's extremely fast. There are a lot of preset usage profiles in the Dragon Center app that allow you to alter the power/noise level/battery life as you see fit, so it really works well in all occasions. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat. These specs give you some of the best bang for your buck for whats currently on the market, and the sleek design is an added bonus.

I just transitioned to PC after more than a decade using Macs. This computer in particular is extremely fast, elegant, beautiful and flawless. What I love the most about this computer it its speed. I can download heavy programs, such as Photoshop, and work on them at the speed of light. Recently, I've installed a music producing software and I can't believe how great and fast it works! Truly, this computer has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to many years with it. I don't really miss my Mac anymore.

I bought this computer mostly for Video Editing (Premier and Resolve). I was having some issues with my desktop and bought this laptop as a backup/travel-computer, and it works perfect. Im editing 4K with no issue at all. I'm thrilled with this purchase. The screen is very accurate, but I calibrated it anyway. Everything looks great and works like butter. I recommend this computer is light, powerful and good looking.

There are many brands and configurations of gaming laptops, no doubt. For the money and the performance, this one is a great deal. Fast, new CPU and video card, plenty of ram and great SSD performance. The Steel Series keyboard is a nice touch. Works with other SS peripherals. Screen refresh rate is smooth and this thing plays all current games nicely. Like all laptops, check the keyboard for your personal preference feel before buying! Bought the laptop for beginner gaming. So far it’s pretty fast speed, amazing visual and light weight. Highly recommended.

I previously had an HP Omen which died after 1.5 years so I wanted a much nicer laptop. I did a ton of research (looked at Asus Zephryus, Strix, Gigabyte, etc.) and I am so proud to say this exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with it. Excellent build quality, a fantastic keyboard, the screen is so smooth, amazing. MSI software has already shown me they care. Lots of user customization and feedback you can give. The best laptop for the price no doubt.

I went in with no expectations, I needed a new computer to use for personal and work use. I took a look at everything BestBuy was offering. And spent some time playing around with the MSI on display. Once I had the device at home, it went straight to work. I enjoyed the fluidity of the interface, and how easy it is to sync or connect devices to the laptop. This laptop runs games like its nothing!! I am so impressed, I should have bought one earlier.

Bought this for my teenage son for Christmas. a little pricey but he didn't give any other suggestions other than any laptop. research taught me that gaming computers are beasts compared to the crap we normally do (excel, word & emails). The squad did say that they are highly prone to viruses so I bought the total 3yr care package. Kid loves it. OH YEAH, within 30 days I took my receipt back in and was refunded the difference of the current sale price, $300.

So I originally bought a Razer Blade 15" basic, but returned it because it had issues out of the box. I wasn't even considering an MSI to begin with, but after looking at the specs and I really liked the price decided to give it a try. The weight is overall relatively light for a gaming laptop the laptop I had before was an Alienware so the size was completely different. I needed a laptop for school that I could carry around and also be able to play games every now and then. The battery life on this is actually pretty good as long as you go into battery saving mode when moving around and turn off the lighting on the keyboard. I think my only real issue with the computer is it does run hot when gaming. I've only really tested fortnite on this computer, but using a cooling pad and messing with the settings can keep the laptop relatively cool, and I can keep the laptop unplugged while gaming for a descent amount of time as well and that helps with the cooling too. There is some light bleeding on the keyboard, but I really don't use the lighting so this isn't an issue for me. I can totally see how this might bother others though. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and I've had this for a couple of months and it's done pretty well.

The Msi Gs65 is a powerful machine that runs fast and is responsive. It's sleek appearance is an added bonus!

I'm not a gamer, but I was looking for a laptop that would provide me with fast access to the various programs I use in my business. The MSI laptop was easy to set up, and I was able to get back to work within an hour after moving my programs to the new platform. I'm still learning some of the features, but I'm very impressed with the performance.

The design is nice an minimal. It doesn't scream gaming like most other gaming laptops. One thing to note though is that it gets pretty hot running games .

Weighing in at under 5lbs, this laptop packs a lot of hardware into a very small and sleek space.

I purchased this laptop last week and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute with it. This unit is an excellent balance of price with performance. I previously owned an Asus gaming laptop that I had many issues with. This unit has exceeded my expectations on ease of use and build quality. As many reviewers have already noted this unit does make a lot of fan noise when under load. That aside, it has been a stellar unit.

Looking for a Windows based laptop can be hard because there seem to be new laptops every month and spending your hard earned money can be complicated especially when you are about to spend over 1k for it. This laptop has surpassed my expectations from the beginning. It is exactly what my business needed. A desktop replacement that can travel and last without needing a power supply 3 hours later.

Great gaming and working laptop, sleek light and excellent performance

I needed a laptop with the nVidia GeForce for a 3D design system. This laptop fits the bill perfectly as far as the specifications (Core i7, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD). The laptop is very nicely designed. This isn't your dad's Dell! I like the gold accent, it adds some class to the design for sure. Overall I would recommend this laptop to anyone needing something with extra power.
