Great laptop. No issues. Completely customizable. I normally buy MSI parts for my at home desktop and this is my first MSI laptop and I love it. Also the graphics are on point.

Build quality is not bad at all, contrary to reputation. Beautiful vivid 144hz display in an attractive, thin-bezel chassis. Does a great job of running every game that I play.

With strong processing and an amazing display, this laptop will be useful for anything you need done. Despite it's size, it's rather light so it's good for travel as well.

This laptop is by far my best investment. The system runs great and fast, and the graphic on this RTX2070 is so real.

I just got this laptop last week. I had some issues where it was not recognizing the built in keyboard at first but that was fixed with some updates. My biggest issue was trying to understand the difference between Best Buys version of this laptop and other versions of this laptop and the pricing. This one has a bigger, 512 GB SSD but it is not a SSD NVMe. That was confusing because everything I read said the NVMe came standard. However, this was the only thing I could come up with on why it was a cheaper price. Not a deal breaker for me. I do wish the Thunderbolt was compatible with charging but that has become very hard to find in laptops. The charging adapter is huge and heavy and it would be nice if there was an easier option then lugging this one around. Overall, I am happy with it and it can handle all of my gaming and business. Keyboard is amazing too with nice elevated keys that you don't get on many laptops.

Having this laptop with me for one week. Amazed about how thin it is and at the same time how powerful it is. Could run benchmark gaming seamlessly.

The power of this laptop is unbelievable. It runs gaming in an extremely good condition and 3D programs as well. Would recommend it to friends.

This laptop has a great overall build quality to it! My last computer was a MacBook from that I've had for 10 years!! This is replacing it because I am just too sick of the Apple Ecosystem any more. The aluminum body and keyboard are very high quality. The performance on this laptop is exactly what you would expect for a 2000 dollar gaming rig. Just awesome. Fan is a bit loud at times, but overall, not too bad. The lights on the keyboard are epic sweet and really add that "special touch". THe dragon symbol has definitely grown on me as well.

I just bought the laptop yesterday and can say that it lives up to the MSI pedigree of quality; This is now my 3rd MSI laptop (I seem to go through them every 2 years because of the active work/life style I have); With this model I didn't read the instructions quite right so when I put in 2 additional NVMe drives, 1 would not show up; A quick email to MSI support and with a hour I had a response letting me know that NVMe drives are only supported in slots 0 and 1 and slot 2 is M.2 SATA only. So I can give a thumbs up to support as well.

At first, I was a bit worried about the build quality and MSI brand. However, numerous co-workers convinced me that this was one of the best systems out there so after doing spec research and reading reviews, all of the data pointed to buying this MSI laptop over others. After getting and opening up the device, I must say that I'm very happy with the total product. Everything from the packaging/out of box experience, software integration of their console/profile apps, and system performance have far exceeded my expectations.

I have had this laptop for a few weeks and it is amazing! It is so powerful and I love it as much as my desktop computer.

I was looking for a new computer, debated between a desktop and a laptop for some time. I opted for a laptop, wasn't sure how well it would do for some gaming and doing 3D modeling, CAD and for photogrammetry. After putting this laptop through it's paces I am very happy with this choice of laptop and to do everything that I need it to do. One thing, I wish bestbuy clearly stated that the screen on the laptop is 144hz, if they had it clearly stated I would have pick this up sooner.

I purchased this laptop on 3/17/2019 and i'm already in love with it. (it's only been 4 hours haha). I was able to download over 60 gigs of data and games in less than 45 minutes which was exceptionally fast. the display is crystal clear, the keyboard is very responsive and the wider touch pad is perfect for my larger hands. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great computer for years to come. Now it's time for some real gaming!

I was looking for a laptop that could pretty much do everything from video editing, to gaming (nothing terribly intense), to video editing, to office work, and also be portable. Does everything great!

This is my second MSI computer that I have obtained for work teaching game design with a focus on Virtual Reality. Unity runs great on the machine as well as any experiences that Oculus has to offer. The computer has really good battery life and the custom performance settings on the dragon center are excellent. The 512 SSD boots the computer fast to launch my lessons on the go or at a minutes notice. Excellent value and performance.

Bought this after it was recommended from a friend for being a descent entry gaming laptop. For what you get price cant be beat and its light a easy to carry around, although I would recommend getting a hard case because its quite fragile compared to other laptops . Fans are awesome, heard they would be loud, not the case quite silent. Easy to set up, very user friendly and i like the gold trim, makes it stand out from other laptops.

I went from a computer that could barely run sims, to this beast. Absolutly nothing tops it.
