No issues with the laptop. Fans are quiet at idle, have a low wooshing sound rather than a high pitch whirl. The laptop does get warm, but it's not that bad at all. The keyboard works and looks great. Very happy with this purchase. The only thing I'm not sure about is if the screen is anti-glare like the other sku's. Either way it's fast and responsive.

Great laptop for running games! I enjoy it a lot holds alot of storage. Will purchase again!

It's very reliable laptop for gaming it fits for everything as tasks

I purchased this at tax time 2 years ago right after the 2060's just came out so the price was a couple hundred more back then.I have gamed a lot on this laptop being that I don't have a desktop and have not had one problem so far. It will play all modern games on ultra-high and performance has been great! I don't lug this around too much so I can't relay much info in that department. I would say if you want an awesome gaming laptop then this is the one for you.

Really Nice Finish Great Performance Thin and light

I got this laptop as a gift. The laptop is insanely powerful. the 240hz screen makes everything buttery smooth. The laptop gets warm but it is not unbearable as some have exaggerated; great for work at a desk or a table. The speakers are mediocre, but nothing you can't fix with headphones. While the GS66 has a 99.99Wh battery, power consumption is not well-managed. The laptop estimates 7 hours of life in once moment, and 2:46 hours the next, and 3:14 the following time. Overall, if you can look over the battery fluctuation, it is a beast of a machine, a Lamborghini of a laptop.

I bought this laptop 3 days ago and I really liked it, however, the fans started to sound quite often even though I was just browsing on the internet. When I was charging it the fan noise increased for some periods of time that, in my opinion, is annoying. Other than that, is an amazing laptop that does everything it mentions. If you want something quieter in order to bring it to your class or the office it won't be ideal for you.

Broken keys happened within a few months. A year and a half later the hinge is now breaking. Fan runs loud, but computer itself is decent. But I wouldn't want to deal with these hardware issues.
