Very nice computer. Strong machine and great price.

This computer has been a curse. After 13 months, countless keys have fallen off and cost about $15 apiece to replace from some online store because we were one month out of warranty. The company started running out of keys so we were just putting random letters in various spots on the keyboard. Now about 22 months after our purchase there are two keys that dont work at all and msi is going to charge us hundreds to send it in and replace whatever is broken. Do not shop msi. I wish i went with a different company for my son’s gaming laptop. What a mistake!

Haven’t had it long and so far so good. Seams fast and operates well. The chassis feels stronger than most that I have had. Screen has good resolution and I like the larger touch pad. I would recommend it to others. The price was more affordable than other comparable computers.

Great machine, super fast, awesome graphics, and good looking, too. Fan is loud but with headphones, you can't tell. The bottom will get hot when playing graphically intense games or programs. All to be expected when dealing with a discrete video card off this size.

I purchased this laptop a little over a month ago and I really think it is worth the price. The only reason I am giving a four star review because of how fast it gets hot but I play video games for several hours in a row.

Very fast laptop. I purchased this to do video editing. Works as expected, Only thing I don't like is how loud the fans are. In hind sight I should have probably bought the larger hard drive and added 32 instead of 16 GB of memory.

The Specs of the computer are goods, it runs well. Although I would say that the fans tend to get loud, even with light use.

Love this computer! It is so easy to game on here and experience no lag in-game. The fans can be a little loud at times but I don't mind it much. I love the RGB on the keyboard but only has general customization settings.

It's very powerful laptop that's it because it's a MSI. And also, After I ordered it, I just got it within 2 days. It was so fast delivery. Thanks you Best Buy..

This computer is nice and sleek my grandson has visual impairment and he did select this and sales rep. helping him was knowledgeable and explained about the protection plan and all questions were answered.

Becomes very hot, many times the fan controllers are unreponsive, in order to the laptop to be a decent temperature while gaming, you need to increase fan speed until its very loud. screen edges are peeling off and collect crud. "O" key is becoming unresponsive. Responds poorly when connecting to more than 1 wireless device at a time. I sorely regret buying this product.

I loved the laptop but it just wouldn't charge so I had to bring it back literally within 24 hours. Just in case someone thinks it was the setting, no it wasn't because of the setting. The charge went all the way down to 0% even when it was plugged in and would not charge no matter what. It wasn't a problem with any of my outlets because I got a different laptop that charges with no problem. When I brought it back the person helping with the return said another person returned it for the same reason the same day I returned mine.

it would have been 5 stars, but the operating system is microsoft and it keeps crashing no matter what I do, so I had to replace the entire operating system. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase ANY MICROSOFT PRODUCTS. SO, TO RECAP; Microsoft is easily hacked, easily crashes, always have to update to often, and its an overall crappy operating system that costs to much too maintain it, and always have to buy new security software thats often over priced. In a nut shell: Microsoft sucks. Thats all folks!

As for the young lady that helped me from the Geek Squad. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!! Her patients and Professionalism was beyond a rating chart... GEEK SQUAD IN MESQU TOWN EAST ARE THE BEST!!!!!

I wanted a computer that would allow me to upgrade memory and storage to increase productivity and performance down the line, and for the price, this computer is an absolute beast.

Had the laptop for almost a year it’s been doing pretty good! I wish the cooling was better but being able to change the fan speed really helps

All is well，the only problem is the heat while you are playing some heigh quality games. But you can turn your cooling fans on，replace high heat to high noises.

Very nice gaming laptop. So far I’ve only played Sins 4 & Star Wars. Both games have high graphics and I didn’t experience any lagging or latency. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought the same laptop computer for my older son two years ago and he still loves it without any issues or problems. This was a graduation gift for our youngest son and so far, so good!

No issues with mine, fan sounds like a jet engine and still runs a bit hot.
