I have been shopping for a fast computer that can assist me in my homework assignments for Cybersecurity Information Systems. Really enjoy the quickness and ability to get VMware and Ubuntu downloaded.

Best laptop I ever owned. MSI make the best gaming laptops so i figured it would work for video editing and boy was I right. This laptop is fast and can handle all the video editing that I have done so far. I am definitely pleased with this purchase.

I’ve had this laptop for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. It’s gaming capabilities are great but it also provides good use for daily productivity. One issue is that the fans are pretty loud even when in the silent configuration.

This laptop is the perfect balance of size and speed. It has all the features you could desire including a premier SteelSeries keyboard, useful function keys and a beautiful screen. There is nothing lacking with this laptop and is worth every penny.

This is a beast of a computer! I haven't had time to really dive in too deep, but can't wait to see it it has to offer. I have run a couple of work programs that eat up a ton of resources, and this laptop handles them with no issue! Off to gaming next!

I have no complaints. I spent weeks comparing other brands and ended up here for what seemed like the best deal in my price range. It's played every game I've tried so far smoothly and I'm also eager to see what it can do for video editing as well.

I use this system to support Automation Projects. The HMI is great for any HMI/SCADA development. The disk has enough for VMWare to support older development platforms. Fast, great communications.

Perfect computer for pretty much anything you need, either gaming, school, or work. A little bulkier than your average laptop nowadays, but still manageable to carry around with you in a bag or backpack.

An excellent laptop that has been great to use so far. The fan can be a bit loud depending on what kind of tasks you're running. You might struggle a bit with sticker residue if you like to remove the stickers like me.

Purchased as my first gaming laptop (only had macbookpros since 2011 - so price was good in comparison). I wanted something on the lighter side with the option to handle whatever game I threw at it & could still use for basic productivity work if needed. Once I added a cooling pad, I haven't had any issues with fans or overheating & never found it "loud". The picture is great & I have been playing many games without any issues at all. The battery life is so-so, but I don't really play with it not plugged in anyway. I just like laptop setups so I can play in any room of the house. I'd purchase it again.

With every penny! Looks incredibly sharp both in general aesthetics and the display. Fast processor, handles my heavy-processing apps and programs well. Makes my family envious that i have the best.

The absolute worst laptop that I have ever owned. I have never watched a laptop brick itself in just 3 days, but here I am. Besides the fact that this is a fingerprint magnet, with the quietest speakers in the world & an abysmal webcam, the software brings always-hated Norton built in and the new MSI Center which seems to deputize itself as a part of your taskbar every time you reboot (yes, even after you remove it). It's a sleek device. Thin, relatively light for the power you're getting, and that 240hz screen is buttery smooth, but it's deeply problemed. Besides it becoming unusable, the WiFi chip seems to have had an issue. It had issues processing a Cisco Webex call as well - didn't have the CPU or GPU power for some reason even though it absolutely does and lower-power computers do. The battery life was also abysmal; some rated it at 7-10 hours, but at 50% brightness doing just internet browsing, I watched it drain from 100 to 65% in less than a half hour. But of course, you're wondering how it became unusable? Well, Cisco wasn't able to probably load shared content in a video call and so I restarted. When it came back on, everything was broken. There is no longer a way to access the Control Panel, the Run box, the Settings menu (hitting Personalize on the desktop even says Settings no longer exists). The taskbar is empty, pressing Start makes the screen flash the taskbar color, etc. I don't know if this is a fault with Windows or the laptop itself (maybe a defect), but I think with this being my third high-end Windows laptop crapping the bed in less than 2 years, I'm out of this ecosystem.

Excellent reliability, outstanding performance for the price point. Bought this for my Engineering major son who adores it. Nothing has given it a hiccup, and he runs some pretty processor and GPU intense apps.

Bought this primarily for work - it’s a beast - I’m running numerous programs all day and it keeps up. Sometimes better than the network at the office…

Bought this computer for my business, I also wanted to be able to play the old PC games I played as a kid. I loaded Halo and played with absolutely no problems.

Amazingly fast! Of course, my previous laptop was over 6 years old. This is my first "gaming" laptop... I simply got it for the "oomph" factor. Fastest start up!

I am presently happy with this purchase and it is working great. The laptop is slim and not heavy. Only Con I have is it appears to run very hot. So far no issues with this just mentioning.

10/10 stars. Lightning fast. IMPORTANT: Make sure you open the Nvidia center and set the Better Graphics card to be always on. It seems like that isn't selected automatically by all programs.

So far i really like it. Well built. Only issues i have is the speakers could be better which is a common problem with a laptop and i wish the power plug in was on the back of the computer instead of the side.

A low powered 3060 in a very good chasis with tons of good ports. This is a razor blade competitor that holds its own. You won't be disappointed as this will play AAA games and be tough on work flows.
