Excellent and fast laptop. Battery life is also good

Good laptop has lots of customization and over nitty things loved it to death only reason im not giving it 5 stars is its just a bit small.

my daughter loves it. the screen is clear and great graphics. battery last longer then I expected.

I haven’t had this laptop very long but I’m impressed with it so far. I would recommend this computer to anyone interested in gaming.

I purchased this laptop in June of 2022 and this is Aug 2023 is failing to boot. Little over 1 yr old , its failing and no support. Note - while it was working it worked great. Not sure I would buy an MSI product again.

For the price you really can’t beat it was shopping around for a decent gaming laptop that will last a while and this was the one

This is my first gaming laptop and what a beast it is! Handles Solidworks and max settings in Call of duty.

I am happy for the most part. The computer is a little heavy but I can live with that as I do not use it anywhere but at home. The main thing that I am not so happy about is that it is not ready to upgrade to Windows 11. IT could be a windows roll out issue and not the computer itself. Also, the camera has stopped being recognized so I cannot even use the Windows Hello Camera Login anymore.

I'm actually pretty impressed with this laptop. Fantastic build for the price(small sale), and the display is better than expected. It's clean, sleek, and does pretty much anything I need it to. If I really wanted to heavily game, I'd just use my enthusiast packed desktop, but this laptop can handle most games really well at 1080 for portable gaming. SSD and memory can be easily upgraded. Only trade off on the keyboard is the full size keypad, but for some reason I really like the keyboard anyways.

Decided to get back into PC gaming. Felt like I got a great deal on this laptop. Seems really well put together, runs fast.

Just received it and love the overall quality, speed, and design. First game downloaded was Genshin Impact and plays flawlessly.

The laptop is amazing and so is the display. The thing its lacking is battery life. But it is a gaming laptop.

I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who has a budget to buy this. It is amazing and a huge boost from my 1050 laptop.

This is an amazing laptop. This is my first PC Gaming Experience and I will say it will be hard to go back to console after using this. I'm getting amazing frame rates in all the FPS I play. The key board is a perfect combination of "clicky" and responsive. Everything has been extremely smooth. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, on the go gaming laptop.

For now it has been wonderful. It's handy, quick and easy to work with. I'm very happy with this purchase, so far.

No problems, fast loading, better than the Asus Rog i had previously

This is a powerful laptop, the description checked all the boxes for video editing. Best Buy had it listed at the Ft. Myers store as "tomorrow pickup". So I ordered it. But it did not come the next day or the day after. It took 3 days. Frustrated because when I called to get an update, I was routed to a national number. They could not tell me where my laptop was being shipped from or if I could go to another store to pick it up. I was unable to speak with someone at the Ft. Myer store. I was visiting out of town and was wondering if the product would come before I had to leave. I was working on a project and needed this as a replacement laptop to finish a project. So this was very aggravating. I finally got an email in the afternoon on the 3rd day. When I did get to pick it up, there was no apology. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told to wait there and one would come around. I waited 10 minutes and gave up. The laptop does the job, but the fans are loud because it gets really hot. I will need to buy a cooling pad. The A/C input is on the left side and almost in the center. So any cord pointed toward the back will partially block the air vents and when pointed forward will cover ports. If I knew I had to wait 3 days, I could have had an ASUS shipped to me.

Great laptop. Powerful, great design and the cooler boost is great

It’s amazing how powerful it is. I can play every game in a best quality everywhere I go.
