It's my first "gaming laptop" just not that impressed, I find myself using my much older desktop to game. It's convenient, but at the same time I really wish I bought a mac.

Great product, receptly purchased because the last one we got went flop on us after a little over 40 days. Gave it a 3 because, i don't want the same thing to happen again.

This is a poor product. MSI are poor products that appear to come with value but last approximately 1 year to 1 1/2 years. After 7 or 8 laptop buys they all fail the same way. The fans wear out. This is almost impossible to repair because of the design. When you open to replace its is very easy to additional damage. Do you want to pay 1800 only to replace it a year later?

Runs games great, but the screen broke within 2 months. Apparently it's not unusual with MSI laptops right now.

on line said it was available at orland park but when i arrived there i had to go to a location 15 miles away

Bought this laptop because it had good reviews and my friend recommended it as well. Not even a month after owning it the keyboard lights stopped working and when typing it will type multiples of the same letter or leave a bunch of space in-between. Would expect something better for the price.

awful battery life. cant switch between integrated and nvidia gpus. With all the battery saving stuff activated, my laptop only lasts about 2.5 hours. Display is great and so is everything else, but the battery life is just so bad.

Great computer at first. Display stopped working in less than 60 days, MSI stated minimum of 30 days for repair. Tried to buy a 2nd computer from Best Buy for price paid 59 days ago, Request denied, They didn't care that original was already broken, Nor would they honor original price paid.

We have had to send the system back twice because the USB Bus has died. Im assuming it has to do with using the Power over USB-C. Beware. Other than that, it works well...when we have it.
