This is a solid laptop for most peoples needs, if you are looking for a low profile gaming laptop that is perfect for any student. Since it has a decent tdp for the 3060 and 6gb of gddr6 to play games on high for the 1080p screen. The battery life will get you 8 hours with everything on the lowest setting and keeping it strictly productivity work. The laptops main trait is its solid feel and good performance to back its look. Since it is a 3060, keep in mind that you cant run games like modern warfare on all ultra with ray tracing, but this laptop is a hood in between.

After spending the last what feels like a year looking for a laptop that would be good for both college courses and some gaming I think I have finally found it. I've only had the laptop for a bit but so far I'm loving it. I haven't had any issues with overheating while gaming and the keyboard feels great to type on. I could see myself typing a full college essay on this laptop and enjoying it the whole time. That is how good this keyboard feels. I've been hearing about MSI for years and now that I've tried them I know why they have such a reputation. A+

Awesome laptop. I am using this laptop for a lot of the music programs that use. I am the drummer and MD at my church. I needed a powerful laptop to run loops, split tracks and the like all at the same time. Easter Sunday just passed and this laptop did not disappoint at all. I'm eventually going to bump it up to 32 gigs of ram and add another m.2. But so far this laptop is very solid.

I have had this laptop for 2 days and I am loving it so far. The specs are great having the 8-core 11th gen 11800H and the new 30 series RTX 3060 GPU. I have already play some of my favorite games such as Rust, GTA V, and Fortnite and they have all run very smoothly at my preferred graphic settings. The only thing I don't really like is that the 3.5mm audio jack is on the right not on the left which causes me to make my mouse hit my headphone wire, but it is a minor issue that I don't really mind. Other than that this laptop is perfect.

Got this laptop for work and personal use, and have been very impressed. Needed a powerful system with a good graphics processor for the type of work I do, but also wanted it to be light and portable. Came from an older bulky gaming laptop that had a very weak battery, so the thinness and long-lasting battery of this laptop has been quite a pleasure. The only issue I had was it came with a faulty screen that started to glitch frequently, though I was able to send it back under warranty and have it repaired for free. Other than this, great laptop!

Every thing was as expected and perfect. It’s still working correctly and no issues.

We don't play anything too crazy, but we haven't had any issues playing max setting with the games that we do.

The laptop is really great for design and gaming, the idea of having one that can do both made it easier to choose. The graphic card is really fast and allow me to perform changes right on the spot.

I wanted something that could be good for regular use but also more than capable when gaming and this fits that role well. Its appearance isn't gaudy like many gaming machines (actually maybe a little too plain, but I like that once you turn off the RGB keyboard it fits in perfectly at work or school.) The bloatware load is manageable. Being 240Hz, the screen is hyper-smooth with the right settings, but a little bit dimmer than I would've hoped. It's got a new (as of summer 2021) CPU and GPU and overall seems very powerful under the hood. With the right settings, fan noise and heat levels are good during everyday use. My biggest complaint so far would have to be how badly it shows fingerprints on the case and keyboard. Not a huge deal, it's just annoying.

For the price, its a great gaming laptop. Started playing some games that are gpu intensive and haven't had any issues. Its not bulky and its lightweight to carry! Haven't played around with the battery settings to see what I could get out of it so far but will update as the time goes on. The real reason I got this is to do video editing on my race days but this was a cheaper way than getting one of those 2000-2500 laptops.

First gaming PC I have ever bought. I wanted to find a laptop that wouldn't limit me from playing certain games but also allow me to do other things like school. The laptop overall is very light and thin. The graphics are awesome. My main concern was the fans but after playing some games I barely hear them with my games on the highest graphic settings. So far I love this product and would recommend it to anyone.

This laptop has a great feel, great price, great specs, and overall I am very impressed with it. Every detail has been carefully thought out, down to the packaging. It is very simple, very basic, and utilitarian to the core. This is built similar to a SteelSeries keyboard and mouse that I purchased for my wife's home office. Very sturdy feel. I was looking for a laptop that can do my school work for IT and also for gaming. This laptops performance meets and exceeds my standards for all my needs. It even makes my pc i built myself a run for its money. Given the price for this laptop along with the rtx 3060 it comes with is a great price and definitely worth the buy.

This was great when I first got it but not for long. It runs super hot. And now it’s reached a boot cycle of death that is requiring my techy husband to replace parts to even function. I am tempted to buy a new computer instead of pouring money into this one, but it’s only a year and a half old. Bummer.

It has been two days since I bought this laptop and it is pretty good. I'm going to use it for both college and gaming. Its performance in games is great. Though, fans can get quite loud sometimes. Also, I switched to this laptop from a 5-year-old 13-inch MacBook, so that may be the reason why its fan noises are more noticeable. Similarly, its size is also big, but I think this is a necessary trade-off for such a powerful laptop.
