So far I'm very happy with this computer. There have been a few issues, like saved games transferred from my old computer becoming corrupt (not sure if this computer is at fault or not) and some strange flickering on screen here and there while gaming, but overall performance has been good. The one big complaint I have is the speakers. They're pretty awful. The sound is really tinny and disappointing, and they don't get loud enough at all. I paid for a 3rd party app to equalize and boost the sound, which has helped a bit, but it's still pretty awful. If sound quality while gaming is important to you, you're going to need some external speakers or a headset for this machine. I'm also a little weary of the long-term durability. I've read a few things online complaining about the build quality of MSI's cases. I've only had this for just over a month, so I won't know for a while, but it does definitely bend a bit when holding it by one side, for example.

Good refersh rate and batter lasts for atleast 4 hours without rgb. I get about 80 frames on RDR2 on ultra and 100-120 fps on apex on high settings. However the laptops heats up pretty quick due to its metal body. Overall its a good laptop for this price range with good specs

Laptop works very well. Graphics are amazing for games, the latency is minimal as expected of a laptop such as this, and it is relatively light for what it offers. The fans are definitely a bit loud, so I would make sure that's not an issue. The speakers sound a bit odd too if there isn't enough space under the laptop

Bought this as a replacement for an old Dell G3 I had been using. Needed something that will let me play my games on High to Ultra settings and not give me a hard time. This baby delivers, no questions asked. VERY easy to use and setup, the RGB lighting is wonderful and you can customize it as well. The track pad is wider than usual, so if you need that extra space it has it! 3 USB ports, a headphone jack, HDMI input/output, USB-C ports, LAN connector... you name it this guy has it. Does everything I need and more. Came out of the box with the latest graphics driver too, just BOOM. Ready to roll! Fair warning, it will run hot if you do long gaming sessions on it, I solved it by buying a laptop cooling pad and it's perfect. Best money on a gaming laptop upgrade I could have spent.

Great thin gaming laptop. It has a great minimal look that doesn't immediately look like a gaming laptop. New to gaming, but the speed and performance is great so far, haven't had any difficulties whatsoever. I've heard that the fans can get loud, but so far I haven't had any issues.

An overall great gaming laptop. Very fair price for it's specs. Although it gets a bit hot when playing heavy games, but that's how a gaming laptop normally works. I would recommend this laptop for friends and family.

I did a lot research, reviewing all the possible gaming options. Seeing how there was a shortage on PC parts, I opted out of buying a desktop and bought this Laptop. I really enjoy the silent mode, while playing League of Legends and Apex Legends. The PC itself offers a Extreme Performance Mode, which is Awesome, so far all games I'm running and playing are really smooth and high quality. The Price is a little steeper than I had intended to Pay, but would absolutely recommend this to others.

The reason I bought this laptop was because my old one was due for an upgrade. I originally had a MSI GS63 and was very happy with it. It ran perfectly with little to no problems and could conquer almost any game on high graphic settings. The GS66 is no different. The upgraded graphics card allows me to run games at max quality without costing me fps. The laptop runs so smoothly and loads games almost instantly. The only issue that I've had with the laptop is the compatibility with my headset's sound card. I unfortunately cannot use the USB sound card from my headset as it messes up my mic quality, so I have to settle with using the audio jack. Even still, I recommend this laptop for anyone who is looking to get max performance for gaming.

This is a great laptop, read a lot of reviews and info on what kind of product I wanted to purchase and this one checked all boxes for performance, battery life and portability. I have had the laptop for about a week and I really like the look and feel of the computer feels like a premium product. I have not used it for any gaming yet mostly work. I am giving this product four stars because I really like the MSI GS66 but since the first day I have had 4 blue screen crashes were pc just freezes and the BSOD shows up. I am testing longer to see if that was due to updates and drivers that needed to be installed but will have to return product if it continues to crash. Overall this is a great laptop if you are looking for performance, portability and battery life. (You do have to make sure certain options are selected to get the best battery life, on average so far I am getting about 6hrs. I also like that battery can be replaced, per documentation have not verified.)

Great gaming laptop. It is light weight and very quick. Also, it’s very powerful and plays any game I throw at it such as Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Halo MC, GTAV, and others. Highly recommend.

I've only just started using this but I love it! It runs all of my MMORPGs including raids. Fast boot up and the battery lasts a good time. The only thing it needs is a external mouse if youre going to use it for gaming

I love this laptop. Runs Amazing and has a great price for it when you get to looking. Have had it since January now and play a lot of fps based games. Not one problem. Definitely worth looking at for a first was mine.

love my new MSI, well packaged, very slick. I specially love the colorful design. Works wonders with autocad and twinmotion with rendering and revit apps. Would recommend for designers.

Gaming laptop is lightning fast! I am able to play all of the games that I enjoy on high settings with very good refresh rate. Overall, I am extremely happy with this MSI laptop and I’m happy I decided to go ahead and purchase it.

Completely excellent gaming laptop, very powerful and plays all modern games. I could not be happier, only issue was that the ALT key on the right side came off within a month - But its completely functional! Highly Recommended!

Great performance for the price. Very thin, light and exactly what I was looking for. I typically wouldn't even consider a laptop but as I travel so much for work, a desktop isn't practical. Definitely a good buy.

I bought this laptop for college this upcoming year. It has great graphics and a really fast gpu and cpu. I also liked the rgb keyboard and found no issues so far. Overall great laptop a little on the pricy side, but still good.

Loving it! So far no issues with the laptop it boots up fast and runs smoothly. It looks very pretty and 240hz refresh rate is amazing. The fans can’t be a little noisy but that’s expected with gaming laptops especially a high end one like this.

I absolutely love the design, its slim but doesn’t sacrifice performace. I can play most AAA games at high frame rates. And the portablility is great. You really cant go wrong with this laptop.
