Very impressed with how clear the 240hz screen look while gaming. Gets hot but also bought a cooling pad with it and it’s normal for laptop like this’d definitely worth the price! So glad I bought this.

Great laptop. Very powerful, very fast love the all black look. Super thin considering all the tech that’s packed into it. Definitely would recommend and I will definitely buy another MSI pc next time.

I was in need of a new laptop for video editing , gaming and watching movies. Awesome size for travel , screen is a huge upgrade from my last laptop. Speakers in my opinion are not the best sounding, I had Harmon kardon on a Asus before this. Also no number keypad on the right side of keyboard.

This is machine is fast. A great product with amazing specs and price. The display is super smooth and keyboard seems very comfortable to type with. It has been less than a week with this laptop i am really liking it. Will have to test it more but so far, this machine really works like charm.

The graphics capability and speed/smoothness of this laptop validate that it is high end. I've always heard great things about MSI as well. The only thing so far I can point out as a flaw is the intense sound of the fans during demanding gameplay, but with the efficient size of this notebook style, its to be expected that there will be some tradeoffs. Of course its going to require some advanced cooling technology. It actually doesn't bother me, but that's something I could point out that another picky person might say about it. I love the quality and the capabilities of it so far though, so in the future I potentially will go with another high end MSI product.

The GS66 compared to last generation GS 65 is an HUGE upgrade: 1.Chasis is much more rigid 2.Backlight bleeding has been minimized 3.Looks more professional and fits all daily uses Things I love about this laptop: 1.RTX 2070 is definitely a powerhouse, not like it's a overkill, but plenty for gaming on the go 2.Cooling of this laptop is decent, so you won't burn your fingers while gaming 3.The price tag; compare to Razer laptops, I think the MSI ones definitely worth it. It comes with much more options such as per key RGB lighting and faster screens. If you want the same thing on Razer, you would be paying much more. Overall, I would recommend this product.

The MSI GS66 runs quiet on normal load. Can hear the fan on heavy graphic usage. The keys are soft and quiet. The 240Hz display panel produce sharp and crisp image for Office applications. The only downside is the included RAM is 16GB in a 2x8 setup. Please to upgrade to 64GB.

This computer was everything the reviewers say. I got a bad one (clicking GPU fan), so I had to take away one star for quality control. But Best Buy took it back right away no questions asked. This computer is SOOO incredibly fast and sleek, and relatively light for its size.

More than satisfied, the computer checked all the boxes. So good I bought a second!!! Upgraded the RAM and added 1TB ssd drive.

Upgraded to the GS66 from the GS65. Noticeable improvements in performance, cooling and design language. The build quality has improved substantially compared to the predecessor.

I'm honestly on the fence with this. PROS: -- Fast display -- Seems to be able to handle any animation, video, or 3D graphics editing that I throw at it. --Backlit keyboard. --Comfortable keyboard. CONS: --Extremely NOISY fan! If you plan to podcast with this unit, be sure to use a mic that eliminates background noise! --Runs very hot--even with the ultra-loud fan whirring constantly. --Will NOT stay connected to the Internet. (There is not an issue with my ISP, as I have other computers on the same cable connection and they stay connected and run like butter.) --Annoyingly bright display, with only minimal ability to reduce brightness. (If you like to work in a dark room, then this is NOT the machine for you!)

I've had the GS66 Stealth for over a month now and it has been an amazing laptop. I use this machine for school, work, and obviously gaming, and it has had no issues performing whatever I need it to do. It does get a little hot as you would expect from a compact gaming laptop, but I bought a cheap cooling pad on amazon that does a good job of keeping the temps down. One of my favorite features is the 240hz display that helps when playing my FPS games. I would definitely recommend this computer.

I've been searching for over a week and have concluded that this model best suited my present and future needs. I'm currently a student, but enjoy light gaming and fps titles as well. The chassis is super nice and the display crisp and clean. I'd definitely buy from MSI again.

This thing is slick and so thin, but a beast for work and gaming. The battery life and usb c charging are great when working and moving around. Docking it to my external monitor and devices are a breeze with the usb c port and a usb-c adapter with charging pass through.

I received my laptop on 5/19/2020 and I gotta say this is probably the best investment I've ever spent in my life. For something that weighs almost 5lbs this laptop runs like a beast. Being a college student, this is probably the best laptop any college student could get due to the convenience and portability. Not even just college students but business people who travel a lot but enjoy gaming as well. The specs of the laptop are probably the best you could get for a gaming notebook. The GS66 Stealth is an absolute gaming machine, with this 2070 Spec it will handle anything you throw at it. I love the look and feel of it as well, its a nice stealth look with a sturdy chassis and very nice feeling keyboard. There are, however, a few quality issues. On certain units (including mine) the space bar does not work on the bottom left corner. This may not sound too bad but it does tend to be where you would press during games. The bottom left of the mousepad, right in the corner, also does not work, it is a very squishy feel with no click at all. These issues aren't too major, they just make the laptop feel a lot cheaper than it is. I have not found any fixes for the issue and may send it in to see if anything can be done, however I am very happy with the overall product. It is an amazing laptop and definitely still worth the purchase, maybe on special though.
