I got this as a DJ computer plus an everyday computer. Games were not even at the forefront of my mind for this purchase which my sound stupid to buy a gaming laptop but I digress. Shocker, it an amazing gaming laptop. It also runs a light show program for dj plus the music program and an Instagram sideshow flawlessly all at the same time. Best of a machine and highly recommended.

I am a post-baccalaureate scientist doing research using machine learning, so I decided to invest in this laptop after my previous one gave out. Pros: *Absolutely beautiful screen and graphics. The images I produce are high quality and detailed. When I'm not working, videos and gameplay are eye-pleasing. *It is an absolute powerhouse of a computer: even when I have a couple hundred tabs open, multiple Excel sheets with hundreds of thousands of lines on it open, and executing other programs at once, it can keep up with me easily. Cons: *Keyboard is a little odd and takes time to get used to. The function and ctrl button share a space, so I'll accidentally hit one or the other. *You absolutely have to use a headset for your virtual meetings. MSI placed the microphone right next to the fan, which produces a very loud background white noise that you have to yell over to be heard. *The webcam is very grainy and comes out dark. *It overheats very easily. You're definitely going to have to buy a cooling pad for this laptop. The cons are minor blips that I can get over, and they don't make or break the laptop for me personally, but for the price I paid, I feel like I shouldn't be having these issues despite how minor they are. Overall, I do really like this laptop though!

I ordered this laptop to replace my old laptop of 6 years. This laptop can run any game or application that I have tried on it. The laptop can play VR games and applications in top quality with no issue and superb performance. This laptop has all the ports that I require to use my different devices. The components of the computer are some of the top notch ones that I have seen on the market. I did not opt to get increase in RAM since at this time there isn’t anything that I have found in my usage that would require the additional RAM. The only negative things that I have found with this computer are the thermals, since the components of this device do generate a fair amount of heat. To get around the heat issue you can use the Dragon Control Center to turn on CoolerBoost but by doing so there is a fair amount of noise generated as result. With the CoolerBoost turned on and a chill mat the laptop runs around 60-70C under heavy load. There is only 1 application that I have found that makes the laptop run warmer and that is Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which will run 75-85C, which is just on that game being poorly optimized. Overall I would say this laptop is 1 of the better ones you can get for your money. When I was looking for a gaming laptop on other sites to get 1 with comparable specs, I was finding the price to be at least $300 or more then what is listed on here.

I bought this computer because I need a fast and powerful laptop for work. This laptop is prefect because when I am doing drafting work in CAD I have no issues plus I could have multiple stuff open in the background and it will not slow down. I went from a macbook pro to this laptop and I will not go back to apple because I got a way better laptop for a mid level macbook.

Coming from a 6 year old Lenovo Y700, I shopped around til I found a laptop within my budget that would last me as long as that laptop (which is still kicking.) I decided on this laptop due to the specs which do not dissapoint. I typically play FF14 and LOL which run like butter. It's really nice. However, my speakers do not sound great which I do not know whether it was a manufacturer error or what. But I usually play with headphones in minus scrolling the web so I will have to contact support on that issue. Overall, its a nice laptop.

Time to get a upgrade. A lot of power for a thin lap top. Performs great.

- Built quality of this laptop is super sturdy. Do not feel screen flex. - 240Hz screen is elevating the RTX 2070 Max-Q. - Keyboard is amazing. Typing and gaming feels awesome. - Touch pad is smooth and glass surface. Unlike some people have complained that their palm it accidentally touching the touch pad while typing, I do not feel that for a bit. - Games run super smooth.

The laptop feels and looks great. As an architectural designer, I was looking for a laptop that I can work on while play when time allows. Programs from Autodesk and Adobe installed and run great. Also, games like Battlefield and Call of Duty run smooth with the default settings. After a few weeks, I do not have any complaints at all. You won't regret the purchase!

This can do everything a Mac Book Pro can do at a much better price point. So far, it runs everything I need without a problem. The brushed metal exterior gives it a sharp look and the RGB keyboard is well-implemented. Charging port seems really sturdy, which can be a concern on some laptops. I've been using MSI hardware for some time now, so I'm confident this will last.

I purchased this laptop because it has been 10 years since I purchased my last laptop. I wanted a gaming one because I plan on doing some more gaming. I first tried Horizon 4 and it ran very smooth and crisp. I would recommend this laptop for gaming at a very reasonable price. The customer service through Best Buy was very helpful when deciding on a new laptop.

Very good laptop, returned my HP OMEN for this MSI. Runs a bit hot, loud fans.

This is by far the best Gaming laptop of 2020. It has a 2070 super Max Q type which can handle any game at 80 fps on high settings and a processor that can handle even harder task like blender. The design is by far the best out of all gaming laptops. It has an rgb keyboard but at the same time does not look chunky and flashy like others. Must buy laptop!

This laptop has been a beast! I have run high demand tasks on it and no problems what so ever! It is FAST! It has been worth every penny and more. I did my research before the purchase and everything that the other customers said has been true. If you want a laptop that has speed, power and put together well, then this is your laptop! You won't be disappointed!

First purchase made that is powerful enough to support any video games. This handles them with full ease and with room to spare. The 240hz display is crisp and smooth. The laptop heats up a bit and can get quite loud when gaming but a pair of headphones cancels out the noise and the fans cool the laptop at a very good rate. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Bought this laptop to get back into WoW and I am NOT disappointed. Echo many of the reviews here in terms of fingerprints but the rig is FAST and doesn't come pre-loaded with the usual crap that many of the HPs, Dells, etc. make you suffer with. This laptop is everything that I was looking for from a performance standpoint and at a fantastic pricepoint.

It is a very capable and versatile product, with little bloatware. Some of the MSI software seems to be experiencing functionality issues. My product is capable of playing 160fps ish at roughly mid graphics. I haven't optimized anything yet for performance, but it genuinely doesn't appear to need it. Great laptop. simple design for bring it to the office.

Bought the laptop for college and it works incredible. I am able to play all of my favorite titles, like runescape, at the same time as i do my college schoolwork. This laptop has exceeded my expectations incredibly, and i am more than glad that i purchased this MSI GS66 Stealth

I have only had this for 2 days and my God is this the best laptop I have ever owned! It’s sleek and sexy, the dragon emblem is sweet as hell! I had an HP before and the stupid thing crashed constantly until it just died one day (RIP HP). The MSI is incredibly fast, graphics are amazing and I can play games all day without ever crashing! I’m in love!!!
