Wonderful gaming laptop! Fiancé is super happy that we got it.

İts superfast , not getting too hot ı didnt force the machine with too many games yet but ı believe it can handle anything. Cooling system works perfectly. Compare to price this laptop is so good purchase. I catch 200 dolar discount The only thing Touchpad is so cheap not feels like its good quality. But this deskop replacement thats why ı dont care too much.

This machine is very strong and perfect for my video editing needs!

i just returned msi for the ssme issue Phil had. four times in three weeks laptop would not power up. the geek squad would remove and replace battery and that fixed the issue. until the next time. i decided this problem wasnt going away. im seriously thinking of giving msi another chance to m a ke me happy but for the specs this laptop has, when its working right its a super value for thr money.

Have been unable to get online at MSI to register for warranty. Have tried for hours, and always get "user name or password invalid" Get warning often (high cpu use). Hope this is not a problem.

It's an excellent laptop. Its cheaper than the 15" version with the same specs. Playing cyberpunk without any lag. Giving 4 stars because my computer displays 91% battery even after a charging all night

I don't know who gave 4 and 5 ratings for this laptop. This thing failed twice in 18 months of purchase and they have service center only in CA and you have to pay for shipping. First time they repaired in Warranty and Second time it failed with the same issue and it was just 2 months out of warranty and they did not honor it. Very poorly designed and built product

Excellent Quality. First laptop I've ever purchased, I'm not usually a "big spender" so when I saw the price of this thing I almost didn't buy it, but I'm so glad I did! Great for work, schoolwork, gaming, entertainment. Anything you'll need it for you can use it for. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful machine with one exception. I initially purchased one of these computers and then bought two more about 3 weeks later. The first computer had the camera fail 21 days later. This was replaced only to have its camera also fail in another 21 days. One of the computers from the second purchase came with the camera Dead on arrival. If the lack of a camera is not an issue for you this is a good machine, if it is then stay away from this machine.

This could be a working machine if MSI went back to the drawing board on quality - use titanium! not aluminum and cheap plastics. KB is mushy, and ANY of the MSI bloatware is useless and clunky to use. the cooling fan is 2 speeds. on and off. how about some manual control of the cooling fan or software to control it better? At this price point it was the best...just wish I could afford better.

Amazing laptop. Yeah it's loud and it runs hot but that's to be expected. It's not like it's overheating or deafening. It crushes everything i throw at it.

It is an amazing device and best value for money. Only bad thing is that I spilled a glass of red wine on it about a week after my purchase. It made me review my life choices. Although I ruined this beautiful machine, if i had money, i would buy another one

Have been using for video and what a up grade from my last MSI it was getting old and was not able to do a lot of the new soft ware. The rtx3070 has been able to kept up. It is one you want to travel with, you could but the size,it is up to you

I am very satisfied with this laptop. The speed, features and overall look are great. Clear screen without straining the eyes after hours of use. Also nice that it is not too heavy, I like moving around while using it.

Out of the box Windows would not fully update with erroring, I had to pay even more to have geek squad fix it. I was shocked they charged for this.
