Great hardware! However I didn’t like the light bleed when lights were off in my room. If playing in a bright room would definitely recommend!

The graphics card is on the blink and has been from the beginning. I do ensure that all the drivers are up to date. But still, from time to time, the picture will get choppy in various ways for no reason at all; often like redundant horizontal slats. I don’t like the mouse pad and buttons. Even after 8 months it seems that the right and left clicks are temperamental. I wish I had returned it when I was still in the window.

Had it since March of this year and it just quit ended up spending another $740 on another new laptop

Did not have enough HDMI ports for Oculus so had to return since adapter for extra ports would overheat.

I had high hopes for this laptop but it overheats and freezes up, even with adequate room underneath the laptop for air circulation. I will have to return it, which is saddening because of the shortage of reasonably priced i9 gaming laptops.

Overall a decent laptop with a fast refresh speed but doesnt support 4k so the display could be better.

I return this after 2 days it has screen problems every time i took the charger out the screen turning black static and the screen freezes time to time and sometimes the rgb keyboards don't light up so sad i waste time and money for this

This was my second MSI computer over the years, with the SSD failing in my first. After repair, it was never the same. Understandably, I was a little leery buying another, and rightly so. The specs looked attractive and maybe I’ll have better luck this time. After a few months of of owning it, it too died. I thought it was the SSD again, so I brought it back to Best Buy, who sent it out for repair. First it was bad memory, and now it’s a bad SSD and motherboard. Worse, the motherboard is on back order with no ETA. So I’m out my work/gaming laptop for who knows how long? Never will buy an MSI computer again. Lesson learned.

horrible laptop i didn’t enjoy using it at all idk

I've had it a few months and only used it for a few hours here and there. Kept it powered off when not in use and already one of the fans is making a terrible rattling noise. You'd expect for the price to not have issues after such a short time

If i only knew then what i know now… I am new to pc so this was my first purchase and intro into pc gaming. I have had this system for less then a year and it can’t keep cool, it cant even operate at inder 90 degrees Celsius. I will be taking it to the Geek squad so they can tell me what I already know, that this is a flaw with the design and can’t be corrected. I would never tell anyone to spend $2400 on this laptop, in-fact I would tell you to don’t waste your time or money.
