I bought 3 of them and returned them, after the 4th one of having the same problem which was the screen turning black even when linking the laptop to an external monitor was not working, anyways THE WHOLE PROBLEM IS THAT THE IMAGE OF WIN 10 ON THESE LAPTOPS IS BAD, TO FIX ALL OF THE PROBLEMS YOU WILL NEED TO DO A CLEAN WINDOWS INSTALL. otherwise you will have a lot of issues. this is a very good laptop and i would highly recommend not to return it instead as soon as you open it just so a clean windows install and I promise you it will work very good.

I am very impressed with this machine. Out of the box was a super easy setup. The specs vs. price can't be beat. It weighs about half as much (or lighter) than my Alienware. It is a very capable gaming laptop and works for business as well since it is truly portable. Great choice if you are in the market for a new device.

This laptop is an absolute beast. When I first purchased it, there unfortunately wasn't any reviews so I took my chances. It was quite worth it in the end ill say. This laptop absolutely tears through any processing I throw at it and in my opinion, and well worth my money purchase. Highly recommended.

Pros Fully loaded and fast Cons Graphics card glitchy when running 360Hz Over heats fast, constantly using cooler boost to keep device cool when in use about 99% of the time.

Good performance for the price. My only complaint is that its annoying that the fans are constantly ramping up (which makes an annoying whine) then slowing down when i am working even after I put the device to sleep. Upgrading to latest bios does not fix the problem.

Love the computer got this to replace a very old laptop and its very responsive and fast and will pretty much run anything you throw at it,runs quite quietly and can be over clocked with the msi app for faster performance i haven`t had it very long so only time will tell.

This laptop is amazing!! I love the functionality of it, the speed and the option of being able to change each individual keys for the RGB function. This laptop is not only great for work, it Runs very well with Games! I will GLADLY recommend this laptop to all my friends and family.

Good designer, great processing speed. However, the video after many hours of continuous use (25 to 30 hours) has a slight drop in quality, which forces it to restart.

This is a amazing laptop. I play destiny 2, new world both normally on mid lvl settings but wanted to see if this one could play them on highest settings and sure enough it played them like a champ. As far as heating up on new world i played on high settings didn’t push it too much because of the recent gpu problems with the game but was able to play it at 120 fps Now destiny 2, wow never played over 60 fps on old laptop cuz of screen limitations but with this laptop I was able to push over 100 fps on ultra settings and it never went above 70deg! And omg the game looked amazing. I Definitely recommend this laptop for anyone wanting a smooth ultra performance. One tip I saw a lot of review that this laptop plays way too hot but I came to relize that people were not capping their fps and made it go over 200 fps and higher which on some games would make any laptop overheat. A nice laptop if you don't need more than full HD. It has handled light video editing without any issue. Rarely use battery power, but be warned, it doesn't last long if you are running any power apps. I got it to use as a backup when I can't be at my desk.

Great pc with great features. Setup was easy. Not overloaded with a lot of unnecessary software. Plenty of power to run any game I want. Make sure to use the cooler boost feature when gaming it gets hot fast.

This has been the best laptop I purchased, it fast and with great graphics, for know I been able to play all my games with no issues, and to keep the laptop cool i use a cooler panel, the brand MSI it has been good to me.

Awesome rig for pretty much anything you want to do. I totally would recommend this laptop. Gaming is flawless and my work load is a breeze with this machine. Keep up the good work MSI!!!

This is an awesome laptop. I personally don’t use it for gaming, but I can see it would be great for that. Runs my industrial programming software blazing my fast and doesn’t crash. I upgraded the ram to 64GB and the SSD’s to 4 & 2 TB

Amazing machine at this price point. I would recommend to anyone who has an aging laptop and trying to find a good replacement. Runs everything I have tried on it with ease and it is very professional in its design appearance.

Great laptop! I got this for MasterCam (cad/Cam software) programming and it loads up fast. Even with multiple models there is no lag when rendering and back plots. Oh and it’s great for gaming!!

Super fast , terrible battery, extremely hot. Overall nice laptop for the price.

This thing is blazing fast. I’m very happy with it. Using in for 3D architectural software and it works great. Love the 17 inch screen. Very happy with this purchase especially at the price.
