Bought this and it was part of the recall Msi needs on this product that is only with the 240r Not entirely sure why it’s on the shelf

I don’t like this one this don’t work properly I exchange the nexday don’t like at all

Gave out on me within 4 months now I’m not sure if I can return it.

Poor cooler choice for the new i9 12900k cpus this thing almost cost me my rig.

Bought because of the good reviews. When I installed one of the fans was making a noise and i tried to rma just the fan and they wanted the entire unit back. Tried to talk to support but after 2 weeks no response of daily ticket posts. Thier support sucks. Keep that in mind.

Is a good aio cooler for lower end cpu cooling recommend using this one for lower wattage cpus like the core i 3, 5, and low gen 7 but only on lower gen cpus since they dont atract much wattage and heat but great budget cpu my core i5 12400f was perfect for low temps on idle would recommend this product.

I’ve had this cooler for over 4 years and it’s been running strong! No issues at all with the cooling of my CPU when playing max graphics on a plethora of games as well as running social app and browsers.

the msi 240r is a great product runs above what i expected kept my computer at 30c at idle n 60c under a load i couldn’t be happier most other liquid coolers i’ve had didn’t perform this well i am very happy with my purchase n will recommend to other people and friends

Does exactly what I needed it to do. Quiet and solid CPU cooling. In store pickup was quick and easy. Installation was straight forward.

The cooler works nice and well, kinda sucks had to get it RMA'd at first to get this one but works all and well! 31c idle and hovers 50c in modern titles.

It works great. It does exactly what I need it to do, and it looks great.

I’ll be honest this was a panic buy second option because the original cooler I bought was too big for my tower. That being said I live this thing. It was easy to install (even though I couldn’t find any instructions in the box) and has been doing a great job in my new build.

Works great and keeps my CPU at the temperatures I needed

initially this was a good first AIO, it kept fan noises down and the CPU around 30celsius idle. However after about a year, the pump started making gurgling noises and the CPU temperature started ramping up in idle. For testing, i moved the radiator in different positions to get the air out and stop the noise but nothing worked. Kept the radiator above the cpu pump with inlets coming from the bottom, but apparently looks like the secondary pump in the radiator seems to have failed or clogged.

Dont buy, horrendous pump grinding and whining out of the box. Returned immediately

It was a gift and he loved it! And Best Buy got it to me super quick and protected

I had this cooler since april 2021, installed. 13 months later, the pump has failed and cpu was running at 212F, now i have to put the pc into build mode and find a new cooler. It was great from the start but the longevity isnt there.

I bought the gen before the V2 which MSI ended up recalling. That lasted about 8 months before failing. I RMA'd through MSI and they sent me the V2. The V2 lasted about 6 months longer then its predecessor and then failed in the exact same way. MSI did not actually fix the issue that plagued the gen prior. Do a quick google search for yourself. The same issues are arrising all over again with the V2. This AIO has a terrible life span.

I am on my second one of these coolers in less than a year and it has start making noise also. If things go as with the first one it will soon stop cooling my CPU. Not covered by Best Buy at this point and MSI has a carefully crafted system to prevent anyone from contacting them. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Bought this cooler and 6 months after purchase my PC would turn off immediately once i loaded an intensive application. Did a little troubleshooting and sure enough, the CPU was jumping over 95C in a matter of seconds. Long story short, the cooler failed and once i installed my old corsair aio it never had another issue. I would not buy another MSI cooler again(plus the fans run loud).
