Got this installed in my dad's old tower. Only worked for one day and stopped posting. Ez Debug light showed boot, vga. Had a tech shop troubleshoot to see if they could get it working. End up returning for different brand x570.

I am disappointed with your geek team when it came to helping me with this motherboard. Yes it was over the 15 days but your geek squad could have been more helpful in trying to correct the issue. I was just told it was over 15 days and out of there hands. It cost me over $50.00 to send it back to the manufacture. Then I got it back and the unit was not repaired. Now I am told I have to send it back and pay shipping again. I will not do this. This is very poor business practice of this company and it also reflects very badly on you as the company that sold it to me. I have spent as lot of money with you folks and I would expect better service from your team. Now I have to buy another Motherboard I may find other sources to make my purchase. I may right a review but word of mouth is very effective good or bad.

This board is absolutely garbage. Tried it with a 3900x could not keep it cool whatsoever plus the QVL for this board is literal crap. I called MSI and they told me my ram was not compatable when I was on their website looking at the list and looking at the exact ram i had that was on the list.. while I was on the phone with one of their tech support reps (he was very rude the whole time think his name was Daniel a complete imbecile) after talking to that brain dead fool I decided to take it back get my money back and got an ASUS corshair 8 hero. I will never buy another MSI motherboard again purely because of how rude their customer tech support rep was. Bunch idiots over there. Stay far away from any MSI motherboard for the 570 chipset. They are complete crap.

Best of luck trying to get this to work. Tried 3 different RAM kits that are verified to work with my other mobo, support was rude and unhelpful. Add a second ram stick and suddenly there's a CPU problem? I don't think so. You can google this issue and tons of other people are having the same problem with no solution. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy a different brand from a different store entirely.

I had to take this back I think I brick the board by doing a BIOS update or something of that nature which I don't know how it happened but I'm just glad that Best Buy has a great return policy

Purchased this board as an upgrade from a MSI x470 board which was running a Ryzen 3700x . Replaced the board and swapped over all the components and nothing. No power to the board at all. Reassembled system with old board and all was good. Tried to exchange in store but no more in stock so received refund and went with an Asus board. I've been building systems since the 386 days and this was my first ever dead board upon purchase and only the 2nd time I've tried MSI.

One of the few times in my life I can say I was not impressed with an MSI Mobo, this thing was horrendous in everything it was supposed to be the best in. The drivers sucked, it either straight up wouldn't let the PC turn on even though all compatible parts were used or ran like garbage. Don't buy

There are no pros for this motherboard. Built with a ryzen 3900x. Within a month Bluetooth started going screwy - now it's completely broken. Took forever to get it to boot from GRUB MSI support is completely unresponsive - in a month they have answered ZERO calls, messages, etc.. no matter how you try to contact them. The BIOS is clunky garbage that can't keep track of efi across updates (if you multiboot plan on reinstalling your bootloaders *every* time you deal with this) The BIOS UI is obfuscated trash also

Terrible motherboard has broken audio drivers out of the box then the hammock sound drivers do not let you use auxiliary audio ports you're forced to pretty much Bluetooth or HDMI audio from your video card there's no fix for this I've done everything including flashing bios and reinstalling Windows going through command prompt and manually trying to deactivate the neemuch drivers and nothing works this is a garbage board do not buy

WIFI POOR PERFOMANCE, THEFAN FOR X570 IT ONLY WORKS FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN STOP WORKING AT ALL. WIFI BEARLY REACHES 60MBP'S BERY DISPLASED WITH THIS 'MSI' MOTHERBOARD

It looks like a good MB, but would not stay on or post using Ryzen 3900xt. Don’t know what issue was. So went with Asus Tuf X570 and no issues.

First two was DOA third one was the charm. Super frustrating experiences...

Board wouldn't post. DRAM LED on motherboard was flashing and none of the troubleshooting steps would get the board to post. I bought a new motherboard (Asus). Haven't put it together yet and hoping I don't have the same issue. If I do then it's possible I have a bad CPU. I'll edit this review if my issue turns out to be my CPU

I bought mine and was so excited but once I got the box was slightly dent but I thought it would be fine. The box it came in was bigger than the motherboard box and it moved a lot while in shipping set it up for a test boot and it was dead. Tried troubleshooted and came to the conclusion that it was the motherboard. I saw reviews and I do think it was good and insulation was easy and love the built-in I/O shield.

System Board was DOA on arrival and after working with MSI support they recommend that I return it. When I return it, Best Buy was out of stock on that system board and I ended up buying AORUS board and everything is working great now for my new computer build. MSI boards have seemed to be lacking QA lately but I am assuming that is due to COVID and short supplies of everything.

way too expensive. better off getting a cheaper board. This is pretty overkill.

Realized the package was opened before by someone after getting home. Works but still, who does that?
