Buyer beware

Best Buy's amazing 15 day policy made it impossible to exchange a near $700 card for an actual functioning one. Not one single employee told me the extended warranty is locked behind a $160 a year subscription, I came to find out today from customer service. All they said was we don't sell replacement plans. Oh well, lesson learned.

As of 12/28/24 Best Buy is actively advertising delivery for 12/31/24 on the product.
