This was stupid. I was told i could get this delivered, ordered it and paid, then got an email saying "your refund is being processed, should be ready in 3-10 days." I call on the 11th day and I'm told to wait another day or two now that they actually started the refund process. So all in all i waited almost 2 weeks because some schmuck in a store wanted to get a sale, and effectively lost a life long customer. From here on out ill be doing my tech shopping online from reputable sources instead of forfeiting my money for two weeks and getting nothing out of it.

After setting things up. they lasted 6 months before the CPU socket pins started bending, leading to the motherboard randomly restarting Windows without explaining the issue. and then after some time, they bent too much, and now the motherboard no longer functions. My older motherboards lasted years longer with the same setup besides the motherboard.

Product specifications says this has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, when it actually doesn't. Thanks, Best Buy.

Very decent board i use the z590 version no problems

I am having the same issue as another 1 star review on here. The board just cycles on and off eith the CPU debug light on. I don’t know if its possible that I got the exact same board from the other reviewer returning if or what. Im going to try to exchange the motherboard today at BestBuy and will give an update.

This board is complete garbage - The network adapter on this thing will only work if you have the very latest windows 10 download - maybe - as I am still in the process of trying this fix. None of the drivers offered on MSI's site, or Intel's for that matter will allow the network card to work. The bios is one of the worse I have seen in 30 yrs of working on computers. No way to restore defaults in it. almost impossible to tell what drive you are booting to. Stay as far away as you can from this board. I will be trashing it as soon as I can get a decent replacement. I expected better from MSI.

This board seems to have bios issues, think there are 13 bios updates in the MSI website. I flashed it today, now it crashes suddenly and reboots. Wasn't doing this. It won't recognize an M.2 and it looks like several people have suffered with this issue and when I read the forums it seems like the MSI boards. I am done, time to go back to Gigabyte!

Board was combined with i5 12600k, 4 corsair ram (total 32gb) and 750 psu, no GPU added. Only POST with 1 and after I installed all 4 no POST

came broken and didn’t get my 4 ram slot wasted so much money

would not post updaded bios to support new 13th gen i7. maybe board was DOA tried multiple usb drives and would still not post new bios.

Weak pcie lock, Pc has had crashing issues im not sure if its related Lock snapped from basic use and drylocked under ownership forceing me to break it to Diagnose, my PC and swap my parts. Thanks!

Recent Bios update deactivated Windows. The bios update causes windows to think it is a new and different motherboard. Tried Microsoft support and they could not get my Windows 11 pc activated again. I now have to buy another copy of window. MSI has offered no fix. Tried a few different bios versions including the latest and cannot activate windows.

The specs look great on this motherboard but after days of changing RAM, CPU, hard drives, and video the only thing left was the motherboard itself that was bad. Both Windows 10 & 11 had issues installing due to a fault in the board. Went to return it and Geek Squad practically refused to accept the return saying that it tested clean. They were wrong and knew too little to be the ones telling us that the board was not the issue.

Same issue as many others have mentioned, it will not post with an i7-12700kf and getting CPU error. BIOS update had no impact. CPU is working fine otherwise. I'll update my review if another works.

Spent all day building an Intel computer with this motherboard after finally receiving all the components I wanted to use. Hooked up and connected everything. Plugged in the PSU and nothing. Rechecked all connections nothing. Removed everything but the CPU, PSU and memory. Nothing, DOA.

Got it to post Multiple times out side of but had my cpu temps really high and wouldn’t let me boot off m.2 so downloaded a fresh install of windows and put everything in my case it booted up with the red cpu ez debug led so took apart everything and still showed red cpu led not worth all this hassle would rather just get a new mobo.

I bought it and it was returnable for not even a month, it stopped working 2 days after the return date and bestbuy refuses to work with me.

Just like other reviewers it will not POST. Red led light on for a CPU error. Swapped memory, power supply, reseated CPU and cleared CMOS, Motherboard is DOA.

very crappy so far had 3 every one dim slot 1 and 2 will not work will never buy anything this company makes again

I got a defective one at first. Decided to exchange and upgrade went with the tomahawk. Best Buy did great at exchanging the product for me!
