    Low cost Z690 board. Overclocked DDR4 Ripjaws to 3600 cl14 with no issues.

    Paired with the 12600k, it works fine. Had some issues with the bios since I wasn't doing a clean windows install. Make sure you boot using legacy hard drive if you're in the same boat.

    Honestly unless you want a BIOS display , built in thunderbolt 4 , overclock very heavily or some other fancy features just because this is the cheapest Z690 motherboard doesn't mean its bad! It has plenty of NVME ports and the UEFI interface is decently easy to use, and doesn't have a garish "gamer" aesthetic

    Replaced this one after a previous MSI died on me. Also upgraded the processor and the combo with the i7 is flawless. Loved I was able to connect my two monitors right out of the box (has to purchase an adaptor separately).
