    The laptop was good, size, color and weight was perfect as i want it! But the battery was damaged, so I’m processing and return, and i sent them back to get another one!

    Amazing computer but had some issues with it not turning on after a shut down and it was consistent enough where I had to return it. Would definitely buy MSI again though. Blame it on RNG. Lol

    Had this one for a while now, and ever since I opened it, it overheats if you want to use it for gaming. I can barely get through a basic game like league of legends (Which you can run on a toaster). No battery life. The key layout has to be cleaned with compressed air like ALL the time. One crumb and the space bar only works on half and the other keys don't work at all. No more than 1 USB ports on a gaming computer. Garbage. It is also on the right side where the power cord is, which totally gets in the way of your mouse if you game. Had an MSI before this, but the keyboard wasn't awful, and it had a build it fan system to mask the company'ss horrible overheating issues. Only got this because there was a chip shortage and better computers weren't available. A HUGE waste of money.

    This laptop is ok and has a great look and feel, but in the same price range there are much better options. the keyboard has issues with some of the keys needing to be double tapped. I also learned that keyboard layout in general is a huge thing to consider. Overall, this is a 3-star computer as everything else is ok

    Low FPS in old game. My previous laptop worked better. Best Buy is grading the processer as the best, but as soon as game gets populated, fps drops with CPU not fully being utilized. Only about 30% is doing something.

    If you want a laptop where all the RAM is upgradeable, look for one with 2 SO-DIMM slots and no soldered memory. This one has half RAM soldered. Otherwise decent laptop
