Great Starter Gaming Laptop

Bought for our 15 year old, and he had only had to upgrade it by adding another 8 GB of memory. The sale price that was available at the time of purchase was also a great help.

rude customer service

Also, the display doesn't look great. Overall, not a bad laptop but the downsides make me think I wouldn't buy this again.
