A good gaming laptop. However if you're looking to play some major titles this laptop doesn't met the minimum requirements for some of the big releases. An example would be Elden Ring. So be aware of that.

Dont add RAM....bricked my laptop. MSI will not follow up on promises to fix.

Do not buy this the day after the 30-day return period ended it broke.

Over all works but two days after ordering it when from 12k to 900 a little pissd i should have returned it and got the money off

Worst experience!! Bought this laptop with high hopes for my 11 year old brother who just had a major surgery. He was so happy until we picked up the laptop. It was mentioned that the open box was in excellent condition with all cables. However, when I asked the manager on duty that it is supposed to come with a charger. He just said that sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t and asked me to return the laptop. I really didn’t understand what was going on. This is deceiving advertisement for which I wasted so much time. Didn’t really expect this from Best Buy

I would recommend this computer it it’s great for its price and it runs very smooth and fast on games the battery life is not that great but it’s a very good computer in general

after causing irreparable (in my mind) damage to my latest laptop (which was just meant to be a temporary replacement until i got my main machine going again...) a loan reimbursement, and and itching to try out some games that were pc only i finally caved to hedonism. with a few ideas in mind and not wanting to go top of the line because i'm not competitive or into gaming extensively, just want to pick up a few titles and relax when i have a chance between grad research, i was looking at some lower range stuff that still had some punch to it. checked out a few devices and stopped at best buy with a completely different machine in mind (which was more expensive, mind you,) when the staff i spoke with hyped this one for my purposes (outside of a few games i need it for internet, word processing, some zoom... basically school stuff.) i was wary about the 8gb ram, wanting to go with 16 but for the price everything else was on par and i was able to confirm there were two slots for easy upgrade that would still put me over $150 what i'd intended to spend initially. haven't worked it hard yet or anything but i can already say that i am impressed with the speed for basic functions. that sounds dumb but i have a dell that is actually probably comparable, or should be, and it's just a mess and lets not get into the dumb low end gateway i got just to get by. i love the keyboard, i don't know how else to explain it and appreciate the number pad, it's something i utilize a bit with school. the reviews seemed split on the aesthetics; some liked the white, saying it was a break from the typical gaming laptop while others said it looked like a child's toy. i don't really care either way as long as it does what i need. also happy it has a webcam, forgot to check that on this one but there were a few machines i was interested in that did not have one and with covid world i have to zoom more than i like. i DID run baldur's gate 3 earlier and though i have nothing to really compare it to was super impressed. expected loads or something... maybe because i'm used to consoles. there was no lag.

Great little computers, runs fast without any issues. For $100 on Amazon I upgraded the RAM to 32 GB

Onwed for two years, the ram upgrade made it plan every game smooth no issues. The fan is quit but still keeps the laptop cool. This is the best gaming laptop ive owned. I love it

Excellent product. Bought for streaming Facebook Live for my Church. Went from 4 fps to 36fps. Super high quality and speed. Did exactly what I needed. Couldn't have asked for more.

This is an absolute quality budget laptop from MSI with a respectable balance of CPU,GPU power and price to performance ratio.

I absolutely love this laptop. I have had it now for a couple of weeks and I ran into one issue.

I was thinking that black was a different model, it isn't really black except for the screen and bottom. That should be made clear. I am sure I can live with that small snag.
