This Laptop is amazing! I have recently been playing games that require 4gb vram and sometimes 6 (which exceeds the 4050) however it runs pretty darn smooth Only problem is, please do not play latest games on this Laptop, you will deal with; over heating/battery-depletion “within an HOUR” and possibly laggy gameplay “depending on your settings” games i play are: terraria/minecraft/sims and some 2020 releases “which is pretty lightweight compared to cyberpunk or gta five” I also love the performance of productivity! I can:browse/create/program with almost no problems! Highly recommend buying on sale. If it is 899$ buy a macbook for productivity, and if you are gaming, stick with a console.

The MS has had impressive performance for its price. I’ve been playing GTA V, Call of Duty, and other demanding games on it at 1080p with high settings, and it plays really well. The RTX 4050 GPU and 144Hz screen make games smooth and responsive. It boots fast, and load games quickly and runs cool also. Battery life is average, and the speakers aren’t the loudest, but that’s expected for this kind of slim gaming machine. For under $900, you get solid build quality, a clean display, and enough power for gaming, school, and multitasking.

I got this laptop when it was on sale for $599. It is absolutely worth it at this price range. So far its been able to play all the games I’ve thrown at it and it doesn’t slow down. There is a bad thing and that’s that it has only one fan. I plan to use an external fan cooler so no issues for me. I also plan to upgrade the RAM and add more storage, probably a 4TB SATA SSD drive. Overall very happy and love the metallic finish.

I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and overall im satisfied with it. Its a budget laptop, dont expect to be able to play every game on max settings without overheating it. It has limitations, the battery life isnt great (you can play a game maybe a few hours before needing a charge) but I keep my charger in which doesnt seem to mess up the battery. I've upgraded the ram to 32 so you can upgrade it if needed ( at least the ram). Be prepared when you first get this laptop that the set up will take hours to do. It kept looping the update process but I blame windows 11 on that. You have to be patient with it. Also when you close your laptop it will sometimes go into BIOS randomly and the fans will stay on. What I had to do is make sure it goes from sleep mode to hibernation mode when closing the laptop and this resolved the issue. I also suggest a cooling application for it, I tried to play Silent Hill 2 remake on max and the CPU skyrocketed to 86-89. You never want to have your computer that hot (below 81 is best). With a few tweaks its a decent laptop for the price.

This works very good for my Sims 2,3 and 4 games, A must have for Sims 4 gaming. But never said can use internal camera for facial regintion for login to Win Hello.

Overall, a really solid laptop. Battery life will not be its strong point, but if you plan on gaming a lot, you would have it plugged in anyway for the best performance. The screen is awesome, the speakers are awesome, the performance is fantastic, and the cooling is really good too! Especially when compared to my old HP Pavilion Gaming 15 which always hit 99°C. Pair this with a good laptop cooler with a foam seal and I can guarantee temps never even reach 80°C.

Works perfectly for regular works. I haven't tried any games on it so far but using it for your school/college or work is perfect. It isn't too heavy as other gaming laptops. I ran some heavy coding IDEs and it handled them smoothly.

I've had this laptop more than a year now and use it daily. It's been a complete knock out for daily use, gaming, digital art and video editing. Under extreme pressure from certain games or programs I've noticed a minor bit of sluggishness but that was the extreme. That situation does not happen every day. I also do miss having a number pad, perhaps a bit more storage over time now that I've had it, especially with the size of games these days. However, the storage was easily solved with an external drive and the number pad I just deal with or use a usb keyboard that has one if I need it. For the cost, this is 100% worth it. Would buy again.

I'm super shocked and super impressed at the same time with this laptop. I thought it was another cheap made gaming laptop that is only good in paper. It's price is unbeatable for the value you get. i5-13420H with Nvidia RTX 4050. I am getting consistent 50fps on AAA games in Max or Ultra Settings. Way to go MSI. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Perfect for busy accountant who opens massive spreadsheets, databases, and uses multiple monitors. Battery doesn't last long, but really doesn't matter as gamers and office workers typically plug in for hours.

I am really pleased with this laptop! It plays all the games I want it to (Arma 3, beamNG Drive, The Isle, and tons more in my steam library) and it plays them even better then I anticipated initially. A lot of games I can play on very high to ultra settings with frame rates anywhere from 70fps to 140fps, rarely ever does it drop. The keyboard feels good and keys are pretty quiet, I like the function keys including the fan max key, super easy way to just crank the cooling up from the fan if I'm playing some graphically heavy games for long periods. My only real complaint with the Thin 15 is battery life, you can stretch it a little better by dimming your screen and cutting off the keyboard lights but it definitely drains faster than I'd like, though I usually use it at home anyways and simply plug it in if I'm gonna be playing for more than an hour or two that day. All in all I'm so glad I went with this one and I'd happily recommend it

So far, this is a great computer for my 13 year old son. It is a bit bulkier than other thin laptops, but performance seems to be really good. And, as I've seen others mention, the fan can get loud after using it for a while. But, we're thinking of getting a cooling pad, which isn't terribly pricey

Perfect for a secondary gaming PC, or even a main laptop gaming for travels. Good price for what it offers. It doesn't heat too much and is easiear to transport than others in same category.

Very good laptop can run any game even big games, it is surprisingly light and you can adjust anything to your liking, although the camera leaves something to be desired it has an incredible screen recommended for work or even to play for a while

Wow holy crap this is the best thing I could've done with my money genuinely. This laptop's my baby now. I can now play GTA while hosting my friends' huge minecraft server and watch youtube videos all at the same time. Battery could be better but just use it on the charger when you're doing something intense. It seems like it was supposed to be used that way anyways, cuz the battery life's a lot better if I'm not using the 4050.
