    It’s a good laptop graphics wise but if you’re downloading something then forget anviut trying to open other apps. they don’t open at all or they take FOREVER to open. I ended up returning it because it didn’t meet my expectations but if you can get past that one thing then everything else about it is pretty nice.

    Its fast and I like it! buuut I bought Best Buy’s anti virus and put it on my computer and the computer came with Norton on it already! They keep fighting each other!

    My order was suppose to be ready 12/31, but its 01/03 and still hasnt arrived. They said they would email me when arrives. Rest of order is ready. Just one item not. Tried to call store direct but keep gettung transferred to customer support and they would not transfer me to store direct. Said i had to go into.store
