Over all a good computer.but screen hinges allready snapped off

It’s okay, it can’t handle any game, I tried to stream call of duty n that didn’t run good at all, battlefield 4042 was unplayable, only game that works on it is RuneScape. I also upgraded the ram to 32gb. The touch pad is bad n very cheap. The screen doesn’t get too bright and the graphics r bad. Oh well u get what u paid for.

for the price i paid it will do. the computer as far as gaming goes overheats laptop easily. This isn't for heavy gaming. i wouldnt buy again if i had to pay full price. needs to stay plugged in for better gaming quality.

The laptop was nice but could not keep up with any of the games i had

Not real happy withthis purchase had to return the first one due to a default battery the 2nd one my son has a lot of issues I personally would not recommend especially for the money I paid

This was a birthday present to my son. He is enjoin it a lot.

Sadly this laptop is an overpriced underperformer. It is only a decent gaming set up IF you have the power plugged in. Other than that you will have choppy and sloppy frames on titles like deep rock galactic, WoW, League and many others. Writing this review after yet another failed crash from trying to run a YouTube music mix and a league of legends match. It simply cannot handle these tasks. It does not deliver.

It broke after 3 weeks and was not returnable. 2 week return date..

So ive been trying to pkay roblox and it wont run. Ive done everything i possibly can to have it run on this laptop and it still wont launch my game servers. Ill be returning it

If you like playing roblox, this is not the laptop to buy. It does work, but after a few days roblox stops working. Ive returned and exchanged twice and it does the same thing.

The computer screen doesn't work. One month after the purchase and I already have to take it in for repair. Very sad about this purchase!

I didn't receive the product and even after more than 10 calls to best buy I didn't receive any help or refund from them.

My kids could not play roblox, the one game that they only play, on this computer.

It broke the first nihht and its super comlicated its stuck on a "update are underway" screen i hope god ends my suffering

It was not a good processor in the computer took it back two times

Me personally was looking for a gaming laptop on amazon and they were to expensive so i went to my favourite site “Best Buy” i went on best buy and found out that they had an amazing deal for $499 for a $699 laptop i love best buy.

Been a good laptop for my kid. She saved up and bought this for herself. Good battery life, fast and plenty of storage.

I have had it for a month, bought to bring on a trip. works fine so far still getting used to windows 11 I think once I start using it more I will bump up the memory to 32 GB

Good product, it does what it supposed to do, very nice

The graphics car performance is very good. It load up the games fast and you don’t have to worry about anything. This is a good computer and I recommend it.
