We purchase this movie due to Best Buy not having the the steelbox movie in stock, but it show online they had it and when we got to the store it show they had it stock when the employee look it up for us. The employees there werent very helpful since no one knew where to look for the Steelbox movie so we ended up purchasing the this copy of the movie instead. When we got home there was no digital copy or number to get the digital copy. We call Bestbuy and the person we spoke with said that once we open the movie we can not return it unless there was a problem with the disc it self. We try to explain to them we were missing the digital copy and just wanted to exchange it for one that has the digital copy information enclosed but we were told we couldn't. After a day of searching on the internal we was able to find how to get the digital movie by emailing the company . it seems like the quality of the employees in Lakeland is suffering in lack on pride and responsibilities in working. I will either drive to Orlando or Tampa or even order it online or just do without it before I go back to the Lakeland Bestbuy.
