In addition, like the Instant Pot Pressure Cookers it features a stainless steel cooking vessel. I attempted cooking several items utilizing the slowcooker and each of them burnt.It seems it requires a lot of fluids to prevent burning. After burning several items, I returned it for a Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. The Instant Pot Pressure Cooker seems to work better for slow cooking and even for just using the pressure cooking. If you cant afford to spend the extra money the Insignia will work, but if you can go for the Instant Pot.
