Good remake of an old classic. Good acting and beautiful scenery and sets.

Nothing spectacular. Considering the cast was expecting a better movie

the only disappointment about this purchase is that it was missing the slipcover it came out with which looked really nice. I like having them other than that the item was pristine and the transfer of the movie looks real good. 65 mm movie into 4k you can see alot of extra detail that format gives.

Love it for one time watch should have rented it know better do better

It's a little slow, but to some level, I guess I still enjoyed it.

If you like murder mystery movies or novels then this is for you. Got the movie for the wife and she loved it the visual and audio quality are solid for a bluray

Outstanding upgrade from the 1970 version of Agatha Christie's classic novel. Branagh as usual surrounds himself with an amazing all star cast. I watched this movie 4 times and just love the set design. I'm eagerly looking forward to Branagh's return as Poirot in Death on the Nile.

I loved the book and this version of the movie. Looks awesome on 4k.

Kenneth Brannagh is excellent in front of, and behind the camera in this film. The acting is superb by all and the storytelling is engaging. Justice at times is black and white obvious, but in the blink of an eye one finds a speck of gray in the matter.

Decent movie, not as good as the original one. Good cast of actors. Flow was not consistent; parts of the movie went very slow and was a bit boring. Watch it and see what you think.

The digital copy was not 4K. Stay away from 20th Century Fox.

this is not a casual watcher, you have to pay attention or you'll miss little details. if you're a fan of the based-on-book's author you will appreciate this movie. if you love to internet browse while watching movies, plan to rewatch this one or pause while surfing your phone or tablet. you won't enjoy the movie as much if you don't focus on it.

I did not see the original movie, nor did I read the book. I found Kenneth Branagh's interpretation of Hercule Poirot to be fascinating. The movie stays true to the original plot, with an all star cast to bring all of the individual personalities home. The 4k views of the snowy mountains are stunning.

I'd never seen the original but I thought this had a great cast so I gave it a shot. I didn't see the end coming so it was refreshing to see a movie that I couldn't figure out before it ended!

I believe this has been done at least twice before but here we have a modern stellar cast of actors and another retelling with hints of more to come (a certain Nile adventure) Poirot's absurd mustache may distract some, but apparently it's closer to the way described in the books. A fun classic.

Thought the movie was solid but I preferred the book much more

The newer version is good, and assuming the detective is as wise and insightful as he is, he figures-out the plot. It appeared odd that he interviewed some of the suspects OUTSIDE in the snowy landscape.
