I have watched the 1974 Albert Finney version of Orient Express more times than I can remember. I also love the 2001 Alfred Molina TV movie version, he's one of my favorite actors. So here we have another "updated" version. They shook things up a little, changed plot points here and there, but never the less it's still an amazing story and this cast and crew did a great job. The cast is amazing and Kenneth Branagh as Poirot does a wonderful job. Haha, and its also great to see Daisey Ridley without a lightsaber in her hand for a change. :o) I definitely recommend this movie, I think you'll enjoy the small differences and the cast a great deal.

I loved the movie. It was a great updated version.

This is the second high-profile adaptation of one of Agatha Christie's most famous books (after the 1974 Sidney Lumet version) and in my opinion the best version of the story. It features an all-star cast, naturally, with director Kenneth Branagh also starring as the famed Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot, out to solve a seemingly unsolvable murder. If you like mysteries of this sort, with lots of gorgeous scenery and period detail, you will like this ride on the Orient Express.

This movie was too slow for me. Also, it was too long of a movie.

For the price, it is not bad and well, it is a good Saturday afternoon movie. I would have liked a bit more extras, gag reel, but, I am satisfied. J. D., as always, delivers well.
