Love the membership benefit. This was my very first time purchasing the membership.

Having the membership gave me amazing pricing on the newest tech for Christmas! I didn’t even have to pay right away and have tons of time to pay it off interest free! 10/10

Bought these 2 weeks ago and really liking them. They do give extended coverage around the house. They are also very affordable.

Definitely worth EVERY PENNY! Can't go wrong, especially if you are into electronics. It pays for itself Very, VERY quickly... Mine did withing a day haha.

The drone I purchased was bad (I would say defective), and I had to return it, and the total return fee was very high, it was close to one-third of the item price. Restocking for $50 is too high. 1) It should not be that much. 2) I am unsure why I had to pay the restocking fee because the product was low quality. I returned it not because I didn't like it (in terms of taste), but because the product is not functioning well mechanically. Basically, it was not functioning well and was defective, although it was not broken. In this case, I should not pay the restocking fee. I also had to sign up for membership to return it, which cost over $50. I felt like I was taken advantage of by Best Buy. Now I am rethinking buying a product at Best Buy.

I'm not seeing significant value in My Best Buy Plus membership. By example, I just placed an online order (for an iPhone Otterbox Defender case). Though My Best Buy Plus is said to offer free two-day shipping, my order confirmation indicates that I'll receive the phone case in 4 days.(???)

I like to have my membership due to all the benefits Best Buy offers me. I love it.

This membership is definitely worth it as it increases return dates by a whole month on certain products which can be used to tell if you like it or not.

If you shop at Best Buy frequently then this would be helpful. Frequently to me is more than 4 times a year. And it’s definitely helped save me more money than it cost.

not really worth the membership I do not see me using it for really anything going forward. I only got it as I get the extended price match for 90 days. Since I figure they will have a new model or some sale go on it could get me a good amount of money back. I my laptop that I bought went on sales 65 days later and with this I was able to get the $500 difference back so I made the price of membership worth it on that alone.

I’ve always had good experiences with Best Buy, this is why I keep coming back.

Love this! Its been a nice addition and it folds up so easy to move around when switching setup for an at home office.

I had great difficulty in reaching the appropriate person to get our issues with new installs of gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher addressed. I had to visit your Eden Prairie store to enlist the assistance of the sales person -- who, incidently, was extremely receptive to our needs. I suggest a contact number be provided to give a better experience.

I have the opportunity to save a lot of money for all my future purchases!
