Everything has been fine except for their unwillingness to honor the price match guarantee. I purchased a TV which went on sale for $200 cheaper a week later. The store manager agreed to price match but was unable to do it in store. He sent us to the Customer Support phone line. They hung up on us. We tried the chat and despite speaking to a rep and her manager, they would not honor the price match. The manager could also use some training on bedside manner. Overall we invested about four hours in the entire process of trying to get Best Buy to honor their "guarantee". We are furnishing a new house and had planned to purchase more products after the TV but have no interest in doing business with them anymore. It's difficult to give anything but a "Poor" rating under this circumstance even though the rest of the program seems to be fine.

Haven’t really seen any advantages of the membership. Got it because the washer I purchased was reduced by the cost of the membership, so essentially there was no extra fees associated with it. Have looked for special pricing but haven’t seen anything.

not really worth the membership I do not see me using it for really anything going forward. I only got it as I get the extended price match for 90 days. Since I figure they will have a new model or some sale go on it could get me a good amount of money back. I my laptop that I bought went on sales 65 days later and with this I was able to get the $500 difference back so I made the price of membership worth it on that alone.

Sounded good, purchased the membership. Never could get signed in despite at least 2 calls to tech support / customer service. First person couldn't help me, forwarded me to another person who said someone would let me know when the issue was resolved. Never heard back after several days. Tried to log in again, the same problems, nothing was fixed. Went to the store for a refund and had to talk to customer service on the phone have the membership cancelled and my money returned. It may work well for some, but it didn't work at all for me.
