[Employee of bestbuy] Plus is a great membership program with price match guarantee but I feel like the total membership give me much more value. So I upgraded to a total.

The main reason I paid for the My Best Buy Plus Membership was the deal where you buy 2 and get one for free on video games. When I purchased three games, the free game never was delivered. When I reached out to the help center, they said it was damaged and was sent back to the facility and I would receive a refund on the item. Well the refund was on the free game so I got $0 back. Completely negating the membership deal. After again talking to the help center, they said the only way to get the discount was to return the other two games and repurchase them all again. So I sent them in and before I could reorder the three games, Best Buy discontinued the buy two get one for free promo. So I feel like I not only got scammed out of the buy two get one free deal; it all felt like a huge waste of time and money. I don't get the deal and I had to send the games back and wait a month for my refund on the two games I paid for.

I have saved significantly more money than the initial membership price, absolutely worthwhile.

Even tho I have not used the Best Buy Plus in a while, it is good to receive the current deals.

Great service will be using in the future. I like having the extended return period of 60 days.

Saved $400 on my first purchase with this membership! More than pays for itself.

Haven’t looked at all the benefits yet. But price match on items that go on sale down the road is worth the price of the membership.

The crew at Pacific Sales in Palm Desert CA is great to work with especially Mary at the front desk.
