My purchase was never recorded and when I tried to get help on line and in person at the store, NO ONE COULD HELP. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human being! I finally asked for a refund. I will never buy from Best Buy again because there are times when a human is necessary.

I wish I signed up for this membership sooner. I thought it was a lot more expensive. I have already gotten my money back. I get quite a few visitors from foreign countries. Apple products are a lot more expensive where they come from. So they get a chance to shop the already cheapest prices in town and save on top on top of that with my membership. You get good prices after paying for the membership. The deals you get pretty much pays for its self. Just don't except the service to be fast. They need to have more employees working. The guy who helped me was doing the job of at least 2 or 3 people. I did have to make a return and it was fast and easy.

I bought this manly because they offered to include it in my purchase while also matching the total amount I was gonna pay anyways. Gives me peace of mind for extended return time incase the item I bought was faulty. Yearly payment is also pretty reasonable whether you shop often or spend a lot during the holidays.

After purchase the terms of this deal had changed. My son’s desktop which we did buy with this service needed Geeksquad 4 months after purchasing, which I still don’t understand, but it was fixed promptly. I have made some purchases since but my membership did not bring the price down. So I’m not sure why we got it.
