I hate purchasing in-store programs, but honestly, this one is worth it. I mistakenly bought a monitor that I thought was the correct model from the box, but it was a different model. I couldn't return it for about 2 weeks because I was busy with life and work, but this program makes it so easy. No questions asked and a full refund. I 100% plan to keep this.

Joined while I was purchasing a new LG fridge. Paying $50 for the year versus $110 for delivery, install and haul away. Plus, the fridge could go on sale then I’d get a $ back. Also, I may need to save money towards a new modem or router within the year.

This membership is great for tech geeks like myself. If youre a person who likes to keep up with with all the newest gadets and tech, I reccomend getting this membership for all the deals and discounts

I was so pleased to be approved/qualified to establish a financing plan courtesy of Best Buy. Purchased a wonderful 75" Samsung television and wall mount. Received the credit card and am looking forward to perhaps buying headphones to better enjoy this amazing television. Not as good as it used to be, but you can still get some good deals if you're patient and the emails they send out. Usually it pays for itself in savings as it's no hard to hit the yearly price.

Make sure that what get is going to be the item that's going to work for me. Also that what the emp[oyes say is true. I bought a phone that is not everything they said. going to take it back and see what they tell me, then the real answer will be said '

I recently purchased a LG front load washer from BB. As I had not owned a front load before I had lots of questions. BB Geeks professionally and patiently answered each one and more!. They also explained the membership benefits which were too good not to take advantage of, Now I can sit back and enjoy my washer with confidence and peace of mind. From going into and exiting BB every member of their staff made what could have been daunting experience to be quite the opposite. The delivery and installation went perfectly. Thank you Best Buy.

Had them work on a laptop top and took them up on their suggestion to get a different one and it worked out great thanks for the help.

Membership is an okay value. If you are planning on making big purchases in electronics, appliances, etc., then worth it to pull the trigger. If you are just buying a few items once in awhile, probably not worth it. Wish it would offer incentives, like Nintendo Switch 2 release reserved for members
