I’ve enjoyed having the My Best Buy Plus membership because it provides extra benefits when shopping at Best Buy. The free shipping, member savings, and exclusive offers make it worthwhile, especially if you regularly buy electronics, appliances, or accessories. It’s convenient and helps save money over time. I would recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy often.

My Best Buy Plus has actually been worth it for me, especially if you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year. The longer return window gives peace of mind on bigger purchases, and the member pricing can save a decent amount on electronics. Free fast shipping is convenient, and I like getting access to exclusive deals before everyone else. It’s probably not necessary for people who rarely shop for tech, but for frequent electronics purchases or appliance shopping, the membership can pay for itself pretty quickly.

To be honest I haven’t seen a ton of value yet from being a paid Plus member. I use to qualify for this level just about every year for free back when it was under the reward membership program, but now that this level is behind a pay wall I’’m expecting more benefits more often for my paid subscription. At this time I’m thinking this service may not be something I continue with after this initial year, but we’ll see. I purchase a fair amount of either speciality or pre-order items from Best Buy (BB) that take longer processing times and do not benefit from the faster shipping aspect. The most beneficial part of being a Plus member currently is the extended return window, but with a catch! So, in years past I did not utilize returns much, it is a nice comfort but at the same time a bit of a pointless feature if there are no issues that require return…BUT here’s the catch, the one area where this does get 4/5 stars is during that extended return window the Price Match Guarantee is also extended…now this I have utilized numerous times to price match a purchase to Amazon prices as 8 out of 10 times Amazon will offer the same item at a lower price. I do like the special pricing/events, but have not yet seen “Plus pricing” on an item I actually am considering purchasing…some interesting items certainly but nothing that’s made me purchase, but I’m sure this will change. If you are not a Best Buy credit card holder I would absolutely not recommend Plus. If you are a credit card hold, who earn reward points then yes Plus is worth the now cost of a program that was once free. The 2-day shipping aspect is OK, but seeing as BB, like all retailers are in direct competition with Amazon, often 2-day shipping is still slower than what Amazon can/does offer on daily bases for being a Prime member. To be fair I was not a BB card holder I would not be a Plus member and most likely not be purchasing as much from BB these days as I have in the past. Earning point's for purchase for reward certificates is still the only true benefit keeping me a regular BB customer…all things being equal, Amazon is almost always cheaper and offers faster shipping. If BB didn’t price match and offer reward points there would be no real reason not use Amazon.

I recently purchased a laptop along with a Best Buy membership, and my overall experience was excellent. The S90F(2025) OLED model is better in many ways. Brighter colors, non reflective surface, 4k enhancement of screen. I have noticed sound quality is poorer. Some lower sound frequency are now missing. Volume control if set at 8 now has to be set at 15 to get the same sound volume. And the most annoying thing is now the newer software will not allow you to add open air channels manually.

I do not like how the camera is set up. Normally, the camera is embedded in the screen, not something that you need to pull up from behind the screen. I would recommend this product if the camera is modified.

I like that If I have to I can return something after 45-60 days I like that’s it’s affordable I don’t like that the discount are not really that big only like 1-5 dollars I’m a pokemon collector so I dont like that as a member we dont have (Exclusive) perks for chances to get Pokemon I dont like as a member the store opens at the same time as regular customers , I would like it to be at the very least 30 min earlier As a member I haven’t seen as much exclusivity deals for a member then a regular customer I do like some employees do thank us for being a member just brightens my and other day

My cabinet spacing limits the size I can buy. This is the perfect fit. I love the french doors. I can easily see what is in the fridge. The freezer doors with separate areas lets me keep things organized. It doesn't have a freezer light, but that is not a big deal for me. The finish doesn't show any fingerprints at all. great product!

The free delivery and extended return window alone have already paid for it. It’s convenient not having to think twice about returns, and the discounts on accessories and everyday tech actually show up more often than I expected. If you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year, this membership makes sense and feels worth the cost. One thing I’d like added: I’d like to see more consistent member-only pricing across everyday items, not just occasional promos. Even small automatic discounts or credits throughout the year would make the value clearer and easier to track.

I have not yet had an opportunity to use my washer or my dryer primarily because of constantly rescheduling of my appointment for installation.

Before I purchased Best Buy Total Care, the Geek Squad helped me with a couple of small things for free without even asking about my "coverage." When I asked for a data transfer from one iPhone to another, I was disappointed. They seemed to tell me that they "didn't do that." Some OTHER department was supposed to do it and then, only if I was signing up with T-mobile or AT&T. MY phones were unlocked. I am with Mint Mobile. After paying $180 for Total Care, I had to learn how to do the phone set-up and data transfer myself. Maybe I misunderstood them but ... buyer beware. I am hoping not to hear anymore "we don't do that" for the remainder of the year.

I was in between a few laptops, and purchased this alongside one of my choices. Ultimately decided to return the device a month or so later and put the full price towards the other device I wanted now that it was on sale. Price watching in the app was very helpful. I do wish previous purchases would automatically refund the difference in $ if they go on sale for cheaper than you purchased, as this was a selling point for the membership that does not work as I expected.

Been using Best Buy Total for a while now and honestly it’s one of the best memberships I’ve bought. The longer return window alone is clutch, but the protection plans and support make it worth it. I’ve bought multiple electronics through them and it makes everything way less stressful knowing you’re covered if something goes wrong. The employees are always chill and the exchanges/returns have been super smooth for me too. If you buy tech often — headphones, consoles, TVs, laptops, cameras, anything — I’d definitely recommend it

This is a worthwhile program because of the extended protection on price matching for any decreases in the cost of the items within 60 days, the ability to return items within 60 days, and the free shipping of items with extended warranty coverages too.

The 98 inch TCL Smart TV is AWESOME! It's in our Family Room and feels like we are at the movies instead of home. We invited family over to watch the Thunder games and everyone loved the picture quality and the viewing options. The first TV had no picture so we had to wait for a replacement BUT it was well worth it. The install was great and the install technicians did an awesome job. WE are very satisfied!

Best Buy Plus has been a great value. The member-only discounts, extended return period, and exclusive offers make the membership worth it. The LG TV has fantastic picture quality. Because it has so many capabilities and options, it has been somewhat of a challenge to set up; but the performance of the TV makes it worth it.

It's nice to have something unfortunately you have to pay extra to have to be able to get discounts it's really getting bad in this world when you have to pay extra just to have a discount for maybe a freaking dollar every time you go into the store

When I purchased a laptop, the sales person suggested I buy the Plus membership. Then weeks after the laptop purchase it went on sale. I contacted BestBuy and since I had the plus membership I was refunded the sale price. Not only did it pay for the membership but I also saved $300 extra. I would recommend the Plus membership if you’re buying big ticket items since the window for a refund is longer than regular.

The membership has been useful for the added deals and benefits available throughout the year. It can provide good value if you shop at Best Buy regularly, and the member pricing and other extras are easy to use. I have been happy with it overall.
