If you can make a habit of regularly making purchases at best buy, you won't regret this. If you make a purchase and it goes on sale, Best Buy will refund you the sale amount so you don't lose out on the deal, even though the deal wasn't running when you made the purchase. Additionally, you'll regularly receive Best Buy rewards which translates to cash you can immediately spend.

Great product! It took me about 2 years to decide to get it but in glad I did! 60 days to return! Special pricing (I saved 800!!! On a single product the other day) I totally recommend it

This was great. I got it right before Black Friday. It allowed me to get everything that went on sale. I end up getting probably 9585% of my money back on $1000 system for cameras security. Well worth the money paid to 50 bucks and get 500 back.

Phone numbers ae saved in 2 locations. Best Buy had my correct phone number for sales. My phone number for customer support was incorrect. It took a month to identify and correct the problem. This is unacceptable.

The cashier recommended that I purchase the Best Buy Plus membership in order to get the maximum discount on the purchase that I was making at the time. I intend on cancelling the membership before it automatically renews because I rarely make purchases at Best Buy.

The customer service was fantastic! I was taken care of the team from Simi valley, they catered to what was really important to me, broke down the pros and cons then allowed me to decide what item would be best. Most decide for you… the product is better than I could have imagine

We have had GE for years unfortunately when we moved to Virginia last month and we purchased the same washer dryer we have had for years at best buy, the washer was broke twice and the dryer 3 times this time when they brought new2 it seems to be fine so i think they got a bad batch
