Just trying the membership - and can't say a lot about it, some interesting deals and free shipping - this is nice, but time will tell if I would like to extend it before 1 year.

Been a long time member and haven't had much reason to drop it.

After being a member for 6 months I can honestly say the membership is worth it. 60 day return policy and free shipping are the highlights. They also come out with a lot of member pricing and rewards so you can get your value back easily. Bestbuy also has an easy price match policy against stated competitors so if you find it cheaper within the 60 return window you can get a refund through a 10 minute online chat.

This membership either feels like the greatest deal in history, or no deal at all. There never seems to be an in-between. Occasionally the perfect deal will pop-up and I'll have huge savings, but most of the time I forget about it entirely.

Purchased this membership while buying a new laptop less than a month ago. I already received the 1st $10 rewards certificate, plus a $50 rewards certificate for the purchase of the laptop. So I've already got my money's worth! I also like the special deals that are offered with this membership.

Very worth it for deals, price matching, and extended return times. Has saved me a lot of money. Very happy the Best Buy employees convinced me to get this. Now the membership just keeps bringing me back in to buy more stuff because of all the deals

The membership is a real value and worth considering regardless of the frequency of your purchases. Access to the Geek Squad is my favorite value related to the membership.

The experience I received when entering a Best Buy store was great. An employee greeted me at the door and asked me if I needed any assistance. I told him what I wan looking for and he escorted me to another staff member to help me. Then the individual directed me to the area where the products were located. They made my shopping experience a great experience.

So glad to have this protection for my phone. I suggest yo get it.

Everything about my purchase went flawlessly. I was directed to the proper area of the store when I entered and was greeted by Micah Eigenfeld. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. I am very happy with my 85" TV purchase and I'll be back for a new computer and perhaps another smaller TV for my bedroom... We bought a 77" OLED Samsung TV along with the Best Buy Plus yearly membership. The membership has already paid for itself and saved us a great deal of angst. Our brand new Samsung TV suddenly died less than 60 days from purchase. date. We called Samsung requesting their assistance. They were sending their service tech, but would not remove the TV from the wall mount. We decided to call Best Buy (BB). They quickly reminded us that we had BB plus membership. They are removing the dead TV and remounting with a new TV.

Overall, it's a vood program. I bought the membership when I bought my laptop, because there was a deal to get money back, so it paid for itself in that one purchase. The deals seem few and far between, so I will cancel once my year is up.

My Best Buy Plus is great for tech shoppers. The longer return period and special pricing make it a smart upgrade if you buy electronics regularly.
