I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. I actually find the prices are solid. Delivery and support are very good. Knowledge on TV's etc. varies from store to store, but membership and geek extended support plus being able to look up my past purchases really helps. Login to web allows me to see extend warranties, purchase dates, purchase history in one place.

Love the peace of not having to worry about getting the best deal or returning items. Great deal and peace of mind. Always a great value and love the service always there for me at Best Buy!

They charge me money, to save a few bucks now and then…. At least it’s not like a bank, where you put your money, and then get charged a fee to put your money in their bank

I am so pleased with the My Best Buy Plus membership. I have saved way more in the last few weeks than the membership cost - that's a great value. I saved money by getting the special Member pricing and love that the price adjustment is good for 60 days. I can make my purchase now and enjoy what I'm buying without thinking about if I should wait for a better price. I am super pleased with this membership - 5 Stars!
