I recently purchased a MacBook from Best Buy online using my "my BEST BUY Plus" membership. The entire experience was exceptional. The membership perks made the process smooth and rewarding, and the online platform was incredibly user-friendly. From browsing to checkout, everything was seamless. I couldn't be happier with my new MacBook and the fantastic service I received. Highly recommend both the product and Best Buy’s superior online shopping experience!

I got the membership because I made a large purchase prior to Black Friday and was concerned about the price reduction. the computer did in fact drop significantly in price and because of my BB+ membership, I was able to get a credit for the different.

Best Buy is awesome. Period. This membership just enhances everything! Probably the coolest part is their extended return policy. There are many times where I buy something and immediately after, travel for work. Sometimes for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. Leaving me little to no time to actual open or use what I bought. Of course there are other awesome benefits to Best Buy Plus and you have to love the price point. 5 stars!

I don't buy many electronics so the membership is not very useful to me. I used it to get a discount on a TV but will most likely cancel next year.

Came with a nice rebate. Helped with the school year purchase of a surface laptop.

We were able to take advantage of the price match guarantee if our newly purchased TV went on sale for a lower price. Saved another $50!

Love my Best Buy membership and Great rewards, exclusive deals and fast delivery. The team is always helpful and I save money on every purchase. Totally worth it for anyone who shops tech often.

My membership has been great the turn around on rewards fantastic! I've successfully used them on three purchases so far. Can't beat the support in store either. The return policy can't be beat, altough I haven't had to use it is comforting to know it is there should I need it.

The My BestBuy gold membership has a annual fee of $50. At first you may contemplate the fact that you may not want to pay this annually, however the biggest perk from having it is the exclusive discounts!! Year to date (I’ve had it for a month) I have saved an additional $200!! Its not a scam!! At checkout you have to present your membership card on the app or provide your phone number, without it they will charge you the price everyone else pays. I purchase 90% of my tech from Best buy, the way I see it if I am going to purchase from there either way I might as well save extra money !! Anddd use my savings buy more of the things I want hahaha

When I signed up for Plus it was a worthwhile investment. It had perks that fit my most common purchases (those being video game related, especially the Switch). They’ve since removed all of those perks. I’m borderline 3-4 stars cause I did get decent use out of those benefits before they were taken away but as it currently is setup I don’t believe it would be worth renewal.

Membership is great value. Love that I can return items within 60 days and all the perks it gives!

The delivery guys were very helpful and fast. My only complaint is that it took almost a month to get the TV.

This membership was cancelled there was not much detail as well as clarity about the automatic renewal not happy that is why I canceled this.

Cost less than having a one time television delivery. Since Best Buy now charges for delivery on the larger items.
