Product takes some learning curve but so far happy with the wash and dry without need to transfer laundry.

You need many more qualified personnel in the Geek Squad, waiting for your appointment, no one telling you to do an appointment online prior to arrival is ridiculous. Love my computer but had too many trips to store from out of town to fix my issues. Hire more qualified people, those that are there are worked to death.

I was told that if I got the the Best Buy Plus plan and I bought something, after the purchase if it went on sale that with the plus plan I could just go back into the store and get refunded the amount over paid before the sale and its true. I bought a laptop for full price and the next day it when on sale, so I went into the store and they refunded the difference. Normally I don't buy these extra but I'm glad I did.

This TV is absolutely amazing! The picture quality is second to none, and the sound truly shocked me. I wasn't expecting a cinema like sound to fill such a large room. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The only real benefit I see if within 60 days you want to change the laptop you can. If you see a price difference you get credited that amount (the price difference was barely there).

I don't use my membership all that often because I typically keep my electronics until they no longer function, however, when the time comes to upgrading, the membership is always there to help me out. I love utilizing the membership for upgrades whenever the time comes, especially when and if its an unexpected upgrade!

This membership allows to to get a price match even if it is a lower price at Best Buy for up to 60 days on select purchases. I went back and saved $130+tax.

The Best Buy plus membership is something I definitely recommend! The peace of mind if gives you including the incentives you have for products in this store is phenomenal l! I also love the feeling of employees at Best Buy saying oh your a plus members! Thank you for being a part of our team! It feels good! For my use case I was really trying to get my hands on a device that was sold out for months and being a plus member gave the an edge on early stockings. I recommend this product to everyone! For the price of the membership it pays for its self!

I haven't figured out what I get for being a member. Have tried to access it and I think they want me to set up something that might require passwords. I am not happy with having to use technology and passwords for everything. Probably won't use it.

I'm so happy I brought the best buy membership. It really goves me a since of peace knowing that if anything goes wrong with my products I can bring it back in to get it check out/ fixed.

Good deal but I highly recommend the total membership which I upgraded to in March. I spent about 90 bucks to upgrade and I ahve saved over 500 since then between discounts and geek squad

I enjoy the perks and benefits that come with being a My Best Buy Plus member. The members’ deals and monthly picks are usually value added because they’re products I will use. And fast and free shipping are a must-have for me when paying for any membership so kudos for leaving up to the expectation. Being a member rarely disappoints!

It's good to have Best Buy membership, to get some discounts and you're going to be able to pay over the time with no interest in a lot of products.

Best Buy price matched the dryer. The customer service online was terrible. The delivery guys dumped the dryer off and didn’t connect it Dumped it in the middle of my hallway blocking my bedroom and bathroom. They said I’d have to get a private contractor even though that was part of buying the membership. So not a good experience.

I literally only signed up for best buy plus to recieve a discount on my purchase. Im only writing this review for an entry into a gift card giveaway.

Membership is definitely worth it! Great deals and benefits. I got mine alongside a Switch 2 purchase, so now I can get deals on games, accessories, and also stuff for my other consoles.
