The beat buy team members are always so helpful and we were suggested to get this membership to help with our current and future purposes. So far, it’s been great!

An absolute must have!! Saves on a ton of stuff and just improves the whole shopping experience!!

I love this membership because can save a lot money

I went in with issues came out with a brand new pair of headphones the plus membership really helps

I was charged twice for the same oven. And then it took me between six and eight hours speaking to five different people trying to get it straightened out. I thought it was all cleared up. They said I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get a credit. I waited 7 to 10 days and called the credit card. There was no credit. This credit card has a 30% interest rate on it so when you’re being charged $6000 rather than $3900 it makes a big difference. I’ve now spent another several hours with the credit card and with Best Buy. Hopefully it’s straightened out. I will know in another 7 to 10 days. Also, Best Buy will not meet ad prices from other companies. I was told they would. Having to deal with Pacific sales, Best Buy, and Best Buy credit card is a real headache. I don’t even have the oven yet so I can’t review the oven just the horrendous Best Buy plus.

We had an excellent sales person in Lochlan. His explanation of benefits of being a Best Buy Plus member has really paid off in savings, extended coverage and support.

First time joining. Was looking to purchase the appliance. One of the managers at the time help explain about the membership and benefit. Help/like member discount feature.

Knowledgeable associates helped me with selections. When I experienced trouble with a television straight “out of the box “, Best Buy scheduled the Geek Squad to assist, ie. Service after the sale.

I haven't seen any "drastic" savings but some of the values this membership provides depends on your likes. YMMV. I wanted to try it out and giving it 5 stars, I thought, was too high and the system will not allow me to 4.5 stars which would be a fairer rating. I just started my membership so we will see what 1 year provides.

This purchase Paid Off almost immediately. Within 2 weeks the item was on Black Friday pricing and I was Credited $250. WOW!

Honestly I was sold on it because the employee was just so good and enthusiastic. I probably wouldn’t have gotten it otherwise. But the membership has a lot of neat perks and I hope to make great use of it!

I had the best time with MICHAEL. He was very informative, he didn't rush me and answered every question I had. It is because of him that I have no problem coming back! My husband came with me and MICHAEL was sure to make him informed as well. He was polite and made me feel like we were the only people in the store for the time we were there! What a great employee and representative for your company.
