Good program and support, grate value for the money

Over the past month, I've bought two 77 inch TV's. Both TV's are great and the installs went so smooth.

It was an amazing experience and the customer service was above superb.

I'm glad that I opened an one . Now I can shop and earn rewards at Bestbuy.

Having this membership does have its perks on items you buy. Great savings

Well-worth the price! I really like the extended return policy and the extra discounts that members-only get. I'll renew next year too.

I have had the membership for a couple of months. Not sure I'm seeing value yet. Also, I was somewhat duped into buying this. The associated told me that by signing up and paying the $49.99 I was eligible for $150 in money to spend. I was lead to believe that even though the certificate would expire, that I just needed to call, etc. That turned out not to be true. Through my purchases I qualified for rewards certificates. These are available to everyone, not just BB members and they expired in a month. I called to get them extended as I was traveling and didn't yet have a need for something but was told these were the type of certificates that could not be extended. Sigh. And..on top of all this, some of my purchases the day I bought the membership are not showing on my account. I did an online chat and called customer service but they basically said, "we can see it; don't know why you can't; trust us." Strike two. So far, not really seeing the advantage to the membership. Will be looking into whether I can cancel and they pro rate my refund. Somehow I doubt it.

Its a good value when making purchases, I replaced all my kitchen appliances so it paid fot itself

I'll be honest, I don't use 100% of the benefits from this membership, but the few I have used work well, so I'm satisfied, but it's not something I use to the fullest.

The manager Justin at the Peachtree city location is an amazing individual. He was very kind helpful and informative. He displayed extreme understanding and patience.

The loyalty program is an important way to obtain good opportunities.

I havent had the opportunity to use it yet, however the sales tactic to get us to.purchase it was confusing etc. I do think the pricing os good on member items. I would just be cautious and clarify with the sales person. I am sure that they get some sort of spiff for selling it and I always like to help where I can with that. When i had a membership I think a year and a half ago with Best Buy, i was told that everything came with a warranty and no matter where i lived tech issues would be taken care of. My headset had an issue and tech could not help and i was told i had to go to the store to exchange it. I live an hour and a half away. No option to mail it and get a new one etc.

This membership comes with great benefits especially extending your returns to 60 days. Which is a plus for me as most things goes bad within the first 2 months.

Great salesperson and very knowledgeable about the items that we purchased!! Will definitely be back to purchase the surround sound rear speakers and power base unit.

No brainer and a must have. Allows extra days for returns if needed, I renew this every year.

Loved the membership- comes with a lot of benefits BUT its a little expensive. Great value though!!!
