It was totally worth it. My laptop ended up going on sale outside of the basic policy, but within the terms of the membership, so I was able to enjoy the benefit of the refunded price difference. This allowed me to purchase an external monitor and have money left over!

The added protection and peace of mind knowing that a decisIon once made can be corrected and/or adjusted given a little more time is worth twice the cost for the protection. All of this is supported by Best Buys friendly and courteous personnel.

I want to thank the lady that asked me if I wanted to get a membership and then asked if I wanted to get a credit card I did not think for one second I would get it and I did. I’m very very grateful to her. She was super helpful, especially since I don’t know anything about a computer, she walked me through every process and was very thorough And kind and has great customer service skills . I don’t remember her name, but I know she’s also a teacher I think kindergarten.

At first I was skeptical about paying $50 for some member club status but now I realize it’s way more than status. It’s about the journey to get to the status

Miles my advocate has been amazing on helping me achieve my goal for this oven in time for Thanksgiving Dinner. He has been keeping me updated on my new arrival date of my purchase, which is arrive earlier than the original 12/4 delivery. I very much appreciate his help and input to make this happen in time. Love my Plus membership. Best Buy makes shopping fun again!! Exclusive deals and discounts with limited alerts. Just enough so they are informative, not annoying. And there hasn’t been one time when my package hasn’t arrived early. Great job BB.

I’ve been a member for almost 6 years, my only regret is not signing up before. Having the opportunity to get the stuff you need without having to pay for them in full is a huge help. Whenever I need any electronics Best Buy is my place to go

The BestBuy Plus membership is an okay package to allow people access to sales and tech support for recent purchases through geek squad. However, I feel it is overpriced for what is provided and doesn't really compare to their total tech package. The benefits are relatively dry and weren't worth the cost for me. Even their biggest incentive, the Geek Squad support, wasn't very helpful as they often pushed me to go to the product manufacturers for most of my issues as they stated they couldn't offer the same level of assistance and getting me in for an appointment would take almost a month anyways. I feel it's just better to get a manufacturer warranty or Total Tech unless Best Buy Plus happens to come for free with a purchase during a sale.

Very happy with my plan. The technicians installed my TV and soundbar which was installed beautifully. The back of the TV was done very neatly. The cords were all tied up. About a week later there was a loud sound coming from the TV or soundbar. The techs came out about 3 times and finally came to the conclusion it was the soundbar. The soundbar was replaced and it been 3 weeks since it was replaced without an issue. The membership protection plan is well worth the cost.

I loved the overall customer service very helpful in achieving the desired goal I was looking for fast and friendly..also love the fact that any one of my family members can use my 2 month return account and free geek squad ..it's an amazing deal with so many more benifits

The benefits are decent for the cost, but I didn't end up using enough to justify another year of membership.

I have been a member, off and on, for years. I purchased my first new computer at Best Buy. I buy all my electronics at Best Buy, because you stand behind your products. My membership has been a valuable resource.

It could save you money if you’re buying the products that are on sale with membership, but not that many sales.

One of the best credit card I am owning in US. Excellent credit rewards program makes you buy the gadgets which you dreamt for years. Also with membership plan, offers, geek squad service and rewards program, it’s a card everyone should own. In a year I purchased 54-5 Apple products and 3 other electronics under offers and rewards program.

This membership is a great value. I also got a certificate for 50 dollars due to my recent purchase, unsure if related, but if so it just paid for itself. With prime day coming up, the price match protection might also pay for it.
