It’s been a few weeks, so I do not remember the salesperson‘s name, He was great. He answered a lot of questions took time with me was patient and eventually I made a significant purchase. The Riverdale New Jersey store typically has very patient Team members.

Honestly worth it, take the hesitation out of buying. Best Buy has always had a great system but being able to price match, price drops that come after your purchase is next level!

I don't know what this membership provides me. I know it saved me a tiny amount of money on my recent purchase.

Love the availability of getting a lower price for items purchased if it/they go on sale.

The overall membership rating is great and Best Buy is online support and communication is great. I had an issue with my new laptop which required a screen per Apple. Best Buy my laptop fully unlocked into an area behind the registers for 5 to 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Then after all that they said they would not service the unit and they are Best Buy and not affiliated with AppleCare at all. I will never buy another Best Buy product again. This is the third time I have been burned on a major purchase

[Employee of bestbuy] Overall pretty solid plan, it helps to have the extended return policy especially if youre an indecisive person like me or you need to use something for longer than two weeks to fully deciding on keeping it or exchanging it, and if a price goes lower in those 60 days you can go in and ask for a match to the current price, two day shipping is nice when you need something soon but i can live without, but the member deals and early drops on certain things are for sure the best if you spend a lot on tech

We noticed that the sales price of out SAMSUNG OLED 65" TV, price reduced by $742.00. We went to the Greenville BEST BUY......no hassles....they put the $742.00 back on out credit card immediately! Thank you!

This is a great benefit. I bought 3 appliances and got all the installation parts free. Then a few weeks later everything I bought went on sale and I got $350 back with the price guarantee. And membership was only $50 for first year!

Good plan and it helps with major purchases with store-backed quality guarantees so that if your printer crashes, you’re covered and good to go with minimum fuss and bother on the other end. Just like that you’re printing like a pro.

Purchased a Sonos Arc Ultra. Staff was the best and explained every detail of all the soundbars available. Product knowledge of the sales people is beyond excellent. The was probably the best purchase I have ever made at Best Buy.

To be fair and honest, I didn't have an opportunity to take full advantage of my plus membership. Used it to purchase and save on an Xbox system last Christmas, and didn't take advantage to save more $$ for the remainder of the annual membership. I decided not to renew the membership. So I'm basing the 5 star rating on those opportunities I had to save $$.
