The manager and assistant manager were very helpful to me in returning a microwave that went bad. They were very understanding of the situation and had my best interest at heart.

It is a benefit membership. I like it because I get cheaper stuff, better return window and sales.

If you plan on shopping at best buy for your kids or because you are a techy at heart, this is 100% worth it. With 60 days to return and the fact they will price match the same item you bought if the item goes on sale within that 60 days this membership will pay for itself.

The membership is great. I’ve gotten discounts on items that I wouldn’t expect. Also my returns, I can try them out a little longer before actually returning it. It gives you more time to confirm it that is the right product for you.

I originally thought this was great but when I had to return an item that was on sale due to buying the wrong one I had to pay $30 extra for a product that was cheaper than the one I bought. I was pretty frustrated as you would think there would be a better system in place, especially if the inferior producer cost less than my product on sale. Unfortunately when I went back they were marked up the same. The Best Buy team and supervisor did not want to honor it. I had spent over 5k at that store a couple of months ago. I took out the annual membership primarily for getting a heads up on future purchases. It also came with a no restocking fee policy, on return items. The receiver that I purchased was in fact returned because it wouldn't fit in the only space allowed for it. No problems on the return. The next planned purchase will be a larger smart tv for the rec room.

I got a tablet and that help me setup activate that do everything I need to do to have the tablet working also explain about my cell phone plan any way great people good service I'm satisfied with the personal they take care every thing I need thank you very much

It was ok for what I used it for. I wish I could have used it more but it was rare when the items I wanted would go on sale. I did save some and it paid itself off so it wasn’t bad.

My only complaint is that none of the orders ive made- all video games, have not met the two day shipping. Sometimes 4/5 days. Not a biggie, but is something they really advertise. Savings have been good. Im still in the air about renewing next year.
