Please, please, please hold on the current interpretations of 'Department Store.' Nobody does it better than Best Buy. I needed a new cell phone and didn't have money to pay for one. So i went to best buy and applied for a best buy credit account. The agent in the store helped me with the application and in chosing a phone. Needless to say I was approved for the account and i got the phone i wanted. And the whole process only took less than45 minutes. Thanks best buy.

Although i have not used my "preferred membership" as of yet. I am sure that with the Holidays coming up i will be using it. As i plan on buying my wife a new Iphone for Christmas.

Wish I had known about this before our big buying spree at Christmas. Bought this year and it is really great to have 60 days for price match guarantees, or returns if needed. Many items change price after 14 days. Bigger purchases can change up to $400 so you need to watch website. Also, gives a discount on some everyday things needed. Early notice of sales. This was $49.99 for one year, and it has already paid for itself in discounts, and we are only 1 month in.

My Windows 11 laptop crashed and Dell could/would not recover it. i took it to best buy and the Geek Squad did a factory reinstall and restored all of my data. They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do.
