The young salesman was familiar with iWatches and fully answered all my questions about several versions of the watch. He asked if I was familiar with the Best Buy Plus membership. There is no Best Buy where I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. He took extra time to share the benefits of membership. He clearly said if the price should drop in the future 2-3 months that I would receive a refund coupon of up to $400 from my purchase and so it sounded good to me and I purchased the top of line Apple iWatch and the membership plan.

One of the best memberships out there! I plan to renew for the exclusive access to limited release items so I don't have to stand in line.

I was glad to join this membership as it saved me money. It also gives me access to deals on other items that i might need in the future.

For just a yearly subscription, you can get extra savings on products you are already buying. And the biggest benefit that I see is the 60 day return policy

We have always purchased our appliances at Best Buy. We love the service, the sales and the ease of returning if we are not satisfied. Best Buy Plus gives us even more flexibility.

Find out when certain items are on sale for plus members, if it’s about $50 or more cheaper. Then get the plus membership and save even more. Extra return time makes it nice as well. Done this a couple times now. Works great. Plus, you do find items for a cheaper price with the membership. It works!

Fast for cooking and easy to clean. I just replace my old electric cooktop which was super slow for heat and too long time for cool down.

I got this for the 2 month return period in case I was not satisfied with my laptop. Having the peace of mind that while I’m using it for these 2 months I can return it has eased my anxiety about buying an expensive product like a laptop. This also gave me 2 months of LinkedIn premium which was a great addition

I believe that as an upcoming college student and a new lover of tech I think that this product will be a great investment.

One of the main reasons for the five stars is Bryan, a helpful and very good-natured floor rep at the Dedham branch in Massachusetts. When we come in knowing the category of product we need, but not knowing a brand or model, we can rely on him to guide us to products that have proven effective and durable for us at a much higher rate than earlier before we found him. Then he spends time helping us get the best prices on them that Best Buy can offer, sometimes a complex process. Overall the human factor like this is still crucially important in making us regular customers at a store. There are so many products sold by Best Buy in each product category, and often the particular models recommended by supposedly "objective" consumer rating services like CR and the New York Times' Wirecutter are not among them, that a good in store guide who is honest is essential to guide lay people towards purchasing an item that will be satisfactory, and avoiding high markup "duds". The payoff to the store is possibly accepting the tradeoff of lower markups on immediate sales, but gaining much stronger customer loyalty, and thereby higher returns in the medium and long term through a significantly higher aggregate gross sales amount over the years. Bryan serves Best Buy well in this respect and we greatly appreciate his services, making the Dedham store the first place we go to whenever we need an appliance or office equipment.

The electric scooter is excellent. On road way .scooter has alot of power. What i was looking for.

Sometimes time gets away from me, and this helps out. You have a longer time for returns and that is worth the yearly membership.

It’s been really useful so far. I like the extra discounts and faster support, and it makes shopping at Best Buy more convenient. If you buy tech often, it’s worth it for the savings and member deals. Overall, a good membership to have.

We had a tremendous sales person who ‘sold us’ on the idea for this….SHE, and the product she patiently worked with us on, made this a very appreciative project and a smoooooooth transaction ! Highly recommend the membership AND the sales person.

The My Best Buy Plus™ membership has been a solid value so far. The member-exclusive pricing and extended return window alone make it worthwhile, especially if you shop at Best Buy regularly. I like having early access to deals and not feeling rushed with returns if something doesn’t work out. The perks are straightforward and actually useful, not just filler benefits. Overall, it’s a good upgrade for frequent Best Buy shoppers and pays for itself pretty quickly.

I’ve saved more than the membership cost just from member-only prices and free delivery on smaller items. The included Geek Squad support has been surprisingly helpful, and I love knowing protection plans are automatic on most purchases. If you shop at Best Buy more than a few times a year, this pays for itself quickly.

When I purchased my computer i was told about this membership and that it probably would go on sale this following month. To my surprise I realized that it was on sale for $100 less then my original purchase price. I called and they confirmed it and today I received the credit on my card. Nice

I bought the basic member plan 1st. But then I bought a new computer and repaired my old computer. So service agent suggested upgrading to Premium plan since it would cover the diagnostic and repair on my old computer. So it really worked out right away. But now I will have the added benefit to build a service relationship with BEst buy throughtout the year. Only negative was on geek squad. They did repair my old pc well and set up my new computer. But they reinstalled and upgraded microsoft office/one drive for me and forgot to update numerous settings that were disconnected due to this approach. Had to reconnect by HP printer and noticed all my excel files were now xlsw not xls.

I feel like this was no brainer when it came to purchasing and the salesman really sold the highlight points for me. Paid for itself after first purchase.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. You can always count on their great staff to help with any issue. I’ve used the Geek squad several times over the years. I am so happy I purchased this membership. I wish I had become a member years ago.
